Moderne 2-Etagen-Wohnung mit fabelhaftem Panorama-Ausblick

Dieses Apartment überzeugt vor allem durch eines: den herrlichen Panoramaausblick auf die nahgelegenen Berge. Das ist aber nicht alles, denn die großzügige Wohnung über zwei Stockwerke ist modern und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Whirlpool-Badewanne und die größtenteils Zirbenholzbetten laden zum Entspannen ein, ein Babybett und ein Kinderstuhl ist auf Anfrage verfügbar. Alle Zimmer sind lichtdurchflutet und aufgrund der Lage, besonders ruhig. Das Haus besteht aus drei Wohnungen verteilt über vier Etagen. Auf jeder Ebene gibt es mindestens ein Wohn-/ Schlafzimmer und/ oder Wohnzimmer/ Esszimmer. Wir haben selbst schon viele Ferienwohnungen gemietet und haben uns daher an unseren eigenen, eher anspruchsvollen Bedürfnissen orientiert. Bei uns finden Sie eine qualitativ hochwertige Ausstattung mit vielen Extras, die wir zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt nicht separat in Rechnung stellen. Einzelzimmer im klassischen Sinne gibt es keine. Dafür aber vielfältigste Schlafmöglichkeiten: - im Dachgeschoß: Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, nutzbar als Doppelbett (Einzelmatratzen, 90*190 mit festem Fußteil) Galerie mit zwei Einzelbetten, nutzbar als Doppelbett (Einzelmatratzen, 90*200) und ein Sofa (nutzbar als Matratzenlager (zwei Schlafplätze, für Kinder je nach Alter auch drei oder vier) Bad mit WC, Whirlpool und Waschmaschine Haustechnikraum (nicht zugänglich für Gäste) Zwei Sitzsäcke - Panoramaetage (2. Obergeschoß): Himmelbett (zwei Einzelmatratzen, 90*200) zwei Couches mit je bis zu zwei Schlafplätzen (Taschenfederkernmatratze plus separate, vorhandene Matratzenauflage, Liegefläche ca 110*200) WC Bad mit WC Küche mit Esstisch für ca vier Personen Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch für ca. zehn Personen Zwei Loungesessel Jede der drei Wohnungen hat einen eigenen Zugang. Das Haus verfügt über ein Schließsystem, so dass auch Kombinationen von Wohnungen buchbar und mit einem Schlüssel begangen werden können. Per Telefon, Whatsapp quasi allzeit erreichbar. Darüberhinaus haben wir ein Housekeeping-Team, das nach Absprache und gegebenenfalls gegen Entgelt für weitere Dienstleistungen verfügbar ist. Die nächsten Nachbarn wohnen etwa 200 Meter entfernt, der Ort Alpirsbach selbst beginnt erst etwa nach 700 Metern. Das Haus liegt wunderbar einsam an einem Südhang im Wald mit Blick ins Kinzigtal. Per Auto und Zug kann man wunderbar anreisen, sowohl in Südrichtung als auch Nordrichtung gut erreichbar. Selbst erleben, Bilder können die einzigartige Atmosphäre mitten im Wald und Blick ins Kinzigtal nicht wirklich 1:1 wiedergeben. Wir freuen uns auf Euer Kommen!

Exklusiv mit Sauna im idyllischen Feissenhof

Den Gästen steht die gesamte mittlere Etage zur alleinigen Verfügung. Die untere Etage wird vom Eigentümer zeitweise bewohnt, solange keine Gäste anwesend sind. Außerdem steht den Gästen das gesamte Gründstück (ca. 1 Hektar) zur Verfügung. Dieses ist vollständig eingezäunt. Hier liegt auch ein Schwimmteich, welcher im Sommer zum Baden einlädt. Der mit Holz beheizbare Badezuber und die Fasssauna stehen ebenfalls ausschließlich den Gästen zur Verfügung. Die Ferienwohnung sowie das gesamte Grundstück gehört ganz allein ihnen. Bei Fragen bin ich telefonisch erreichbar. Es kann Vorkommen dass im Garten notwendige Arbeiten verrichtet werden (z.B. Schnee räumen). Der kleine 2400-Einwohner-Ort Schönwald liegt im Herzen des Schwarzwalds. Er gehört zu den idyllischsten Ecken dieses Naturparadieses und ist bekannt für sein angenehmes Klima. Der Feissenhof liegt knapp zwei Kilometer ausserhalb von Schönwald. In Schönwald finden sich alle Einrichtungen des täglichen Bedarfs und die Touristinformation. Im nördlichen Nachbarort Triberg befinden sich Deutschlands höchste Wasserfälle sowie ein Bahnhof mit Anschluss an die Schwarzwaldbahn. Instagraam: #feissenhof Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist der Hof vergleichsweise schlecht erreichbar. Holz für Badezuber und Sauna ist ausreichend vorhanden und im Preis inbegriffen.
