Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Baden District

We loved our stay in this home! It's a very easy home to live in. The close proximity to the train makes it ideal for getting into Vienna or to the shopping center one stop away. Grocery options are walkable. The host is very responsive and made the entire experience a joy. We would easily return back to this home if we are in the area in the future. Highly recommended!

Amazing, also the dogs.

I came to Vienna for world championships in kickboxing and Muay Thai. We were a team of 5 people so we needed a house. This location was great and we had everything by we needed in the house. Yet if you are looking for an easy travel even though the train systems in Vienna are super easy you will need a car to stay at this place. Nothing is close especially if you are looking to even go do quick groceries. Yet everything was exactly as stated, along with a sauna which was awesome. Also host is extremely responsive and helpful :)

Ingrid is very kind and friendly person. We checked in with no problem. Apartment was really nice, as well as the garden. Ingrid even gave us a ride to the concert. Thank you very much for a pleasant accommodation 😊

Günter is a wonderful host and we felt very comfortable in his apartment. It is much bigger and more beautiful than the pictures suggest, perfectly equipped and the garden is fantastically quiet and beautiful - the children were very happy about the egg hunt outside for Easter! Trains 40, 9, 41 and 42 stop nearby and drive downtown. There is a Euro Spar right around the corner and some restaurants and bakers. An absolute recommendation from us, we will be happy to come back!

Very clean, just like the pictures and cozy. The host showed us everything, was very understanding, flexible, very polite and pleasant! Unfortunately, we were 20 minutes late due to the train ride, thank you for understanding and waiting as well as the kindness! Hello, We are family of three and had planned for Austria and Bratislava visit. We stayed at Drahoslava's place which is very good and as described in the photos, basement house was squeaky clean with all amenities. Drahoslava was kind to keep pack of milk ready which helped our daughter. Communication - Precise, helpful , friendly and detailed. Place - Spacious, Squeaky clean, Peaceful neighborhood, hassle free parking on road, matches with the photos, had all amenities. Drahoslava place is very close to Bratislava its about 20 -25 mins and can see Bratislava castle from the place. We had great stay and would definitely recommend. People with electric car and planning to visit Bratislava, Fast charging station is at Aupark P1 , OMZ charging station, charging station is at the back of OMZ way to car wash .

We traveled with 6 adults, a toddler and a dog. The house, with its 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, offered sufficient space and comfort for us. Our two vehicles had a parking space at the house. The terraces and garden offer pleasant retreats and the pool was a highlight for us. In the glazed porch to the entrance, bicycles, strollers and other accessories had sufficient space. There were plenty of towels and bath towels. Christian is an uncomplicated and helpful host and is very quick to respond to any requests.

Despite very late arrival, I was warmly welcomed. A very comfortable bed and nice room, completely blackout who needs it. Beautiful garden to relax and very good coffee ;) Michaela and Norbert were very nice and always up for a chat. Camillo is still very young and accordingly playful but a very friendly dog who really only wants to play. The train connection is about 500 m on foot to "Wiener Neudorf", but outside the "core zone" that means only that an additional ticket is necessary. The public transport is very tight, so the connection is perfect. Shops are also within walking distance. After an exciting day in Vienna, the accommodation was a great rest with tranquility, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Value for money was great, I'd love to come back!

Seminarhaus Phönixberg is a place of power and inspiration. Ulrich is a great host with attention to detail and guests, friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to communicate with Ulrich. The kitchen has everything you need, an excellent coffee maker and copper utensils. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and the view from the window is a million. My family wholeheartedly recommends this house.

The house and surrounding are beautiful. The pool was perfect during a hot day to cool down. Vienna is close by car for a visit. And of course the local wines are very nice
