Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Baden District

Very nice place... We stayed for 2 nights and had everything we needed.

It was great to stay at Michael's beautifully designed house. The room was lovely with skylights looking out onto a wooded area. It was clean and comfortable. And absolutely silent at night. Michael and his son were friendly and helpful, and gave great transport advice. Highly recommended.

Ingrid is very kind and friendly person. We checked in with no problem. Apartment was really nice, as well as the garden. Ingrid even gave us a ride to the concert. Thank you very much for a pleasant accommodation 😊

We absolutely loved our stay at this house in Baden! The huge garden was such a highlight – so peaceful and perfect for unwinding. The house itself is super warm and cozy, with this great retro vibe that makes it feel really special. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Honestly, it’s one of those places you just feel good in. Would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape!

The listing was as described. It is characterized by large floor space and spacious rooms. We were provided with sheets, towels, even a washing machine. Parking is available in front of the house for several cars. We received instructions on the day of to get in. Easy check in accommodation.

The house is very idyllically located and fits well in the area. From the numerous outdoor seating options, the Vienna Woods are very easy to see. There is almost no traffic noise. The property, the house and the furniture are maintained with a lot of love and care. Everything works perfectly. When we arrived, we immediately got a good tip for a walk. We weren't promised too much.

It was a pleasure to stay at Micheal’s place, everything was impeccable. He was a really attentive and friendly host, providing me suggestions for transportations, also providing me extra sheet when he noticed the temperature difference between the daytime and night. He made the room very cozy and comfortable to stay, and the place is located in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded with nature which is perfect for the nature lovers. Overall, I recommend it!

This apartment exceeded our expectations it is very roomy to what we usually go for and is super well looked after and decorated. Toaster only toasts on one side but apart from that the kitchen was well equipped. Supermarkets and transport links a short walk away. This was an awesome stay and would highly recommend.

Drahoslava is totally helpful and friendly, responds quickly and has prepared everything perfectly. Hygiene absolutely ok, always hot water for rinsing and showering. Totally quiet location.... If you are looking for peace, you are in the best hands there. Bratislava (a visit to this city is highly recommended) is easily accessible by car in 20 minutes. We'd love to come back anytime (!!!).

We (my husband & I) were in Vienna from Saturday to Thursday with our dog and my grandmother (89 years old). We all felt very comfortable in the apartment and the few steps at the entrance were no problem. Everything was very well equipped and there were even home office spaces. The area was also really great, within a few minutes you were on foot at the S-Bahn or U-Bahn and the car was safe in a parking garage (2m entrance height). Elena was always very friendly and quick to reach☺️. Thank you for the great getaway!

Great place and great host! The apartment is well furnished and located very near public transportation to take you to all the sites to see including some smaller plazas that are walkable. The host is responsive and kind with really good recommendations for what you are looking for and popular things and restaurants to experience. Highly recommend it!

Great place and Bettina was a perfect host always available and ready to help. Location was within easy access to centre with great connectivity. We were a family of 4 with 1 teenager and 1 12 year old. It was perfect for us as a family. Would definitely book again if in Vienna

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious penthouse! The space was not only beautifully designed but also perfect for creating memories—our family took so many great pictures during our stay. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had a truly upscale feel that made our visit extra special. The owner and host were both extremely friendly and accommodating. They were very flexible with our check-in and check-out times, which made our trip much more convenient and stress-free. We had a very nice time at Seds place. From check-in to departure, everything worked out and we felt very much at home. The living space is very spacious with a beautiful view of the sunset. Communication with the host was outstanding and went smoothly. We can only recommend the accommodation and would book it again on a renewed trip.

The house was just like in the pictures, the pool was just great, great seating in the garden. Our grandson was able to romp around in the meadow, extremely quiet location. The house was great, towels, bath towels were provided. There were drinks available for us in the refrigerator. Everything you need is available in the kitchen. Bathroom in good condition, storage facilities available. The living-dining room was very spacious and the couch very comfortable. We enjoyed our holiday very much. I can only recommend it.

This house is not exactly small, but it invites you to linger. It's really nice, yes, believe me, the garden is incredible here. Birdsong, a stream that rushes, in the evening you listen to the frogs and roses bloom, - my heart laughs with this great colour. Here you are a guest, so be prepared, it's her home and not yours If you seek peace, need no words, then come here to this place. The Baden train, and that makes sense, quickly takes you to any place. I loved it here, happiness lives here, I'd love to come back. Chanel

The house and surrounding are beautiful. The pool was perfect during a hot day to cool down. Vienna is close by car for a visit. And of course the local wines are very nice
