Sara is an excellent host. She is very proactive and provides useful information even before I ask for it. Her apartment is very nice and is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to supermarkets and public transportation. I would highly recommend.

Very bright, spacious and quiet apartment with a great roof terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and even has air conditioning (which is not unimportant in summer, as the apartment gets good sun from noon ;-)). There are 2 supermarkets within a short walking distance, as well as various public transport (e.g. U4/6, bus 12 A, tram 18) within a few minutes' walk and you can get to the well-known sights super fast. A parking garage is available in about 10 minutes' walk and if you get the appropriate parking app for your stay, you can park your car for less than €8/day. There are hardly any cafes (e.g. for breakfast) or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but due to the short distances with public transport, that was not a big deal for us. I can definitely recommend the apartment for a trip to Vienna. Contact with the landlord was also quick and uncomplicated.

Absolutely great apartment, location is ok but public transport is in walking distance and easy to get around. saska was ace. The only problem we had was initially the key to get in the block was missing but this was swiftly resolved. Pub over the road was welcome relief 😄

Edit & Dieter are great hosts, exactly as all other reviewers point out. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for 3 adults (husband, sister & I) for a full week. We particularly appreciated quiet privacy before & after a day of sightseeing! And we loved safe parking, dishwasher & washing machine. Great value for money! The house is truly special- old world charm! Comfortable & well equipped. Surprisingly quiet inside given busy street. Lovely balcony to watch squirrels during our breakfast. Groceries are close by as is excellent Italian restaurant. Many visitors write about using public transportation to get around, but we chose to go by car. Do expect to pay 25-30 Euros to park for the day, but relative to our home location in The Netherlands this is reasonable. It saved us a lot of time, but we understand it’s a choice, as navigating by car in & around Vienna is not simple!

We had such a pleasant stay at Johanna's apartment. The flat is specious, very well eqiupped (lightening is amazing) and the owner took care of all the details to make it cozy and comfortable. Johanna and her husband were very kind and paid special attention to our small child even bringing her fresh strawberries and bedding from their children. We will definitely consider coming back.

Fantastic stay! The place had everything we needed and more. It was incredibly well-equipped — from the kitchen appliances to the bathroom essentials, nothing was missing. Everything was clean, modern, and thoughtfully arranged. We really appreciated the little touches that made the stay extra comfortable. The apartment is in a great location — quiet, yet within walking distance of livelier areas with a good choice of food options. We had no issues finding nearby parking over the weekend. The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Communication with Filip was smooth and easy throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment and great location! The place is even bigger than in the pictures and very well stocked with anything you could need for a short or long stay. Regina was extremely communicative and responsive. I had a great stay with my parents who are elderly and needed a place with an elevator. The building has a couple of steps to get inside but there are always handrails. 10/10 would recommend for anyone wanting to be close to everything but no necessarily in the old town center.

The apartment is very nice and cozy ... it is located in a lively neighborhood with lots of shops, cafes, etc. Since we arrived by train, we especially liked the excellent public transport connection. No matter where you want to go, there is always a tram, a bus, a train... We felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend the apartment!

The apartment was clean and cozy, with great WiFi and good, quick access to all of the main attractions we wanted to visit via the metro. It was a great decision to take this dwelling on the 17th floor! Great view, everything you need, the pool is fantastic! The connection to the U3 is within easy walking distance! Even was super helpful and easy to reach! The apartment is equipped with the most important things! We were thrilled, even our 80-year-old mum!

We loved Even's house. The pool was great. The house was exactly as described. There were only two coffee machines. It would be nice if there were as many as the number of days we would stay. Thank you, we will come again

Andie is one of the most responsive hosts I have dealt with on AirBNB. She definitely wants to make sure her guests have a great stay. We had a car so the secure garage parking was a great benefit but the best part about this place is the VIEW! It’s so amazing!!!! It was too cold to use the pool but guests coming in the summer will love it. Grocery in the building was great for snacks and it was a super easy walk to the U-Bahn for a quick ride to the center. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Vienna. Highly recommend!

We had a great time! Very welcoming hosts and the location is excellent, being 3-4 minutes from the train station, and from there in 15 minutes we arrived in Vienna. The apartment has a gorgeous garden and is close to the forest. The biggest plus were the two gorgeous and loving huski. I would definitely come back!☺️

Everything was great – a huge thank you to the host for her flexibility and spontaneity! She even allowed us a late check in at 12am which is really not self-evident. A later check-out would also have been possible, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment was very clean, modernly furnished and really had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and we felt right at home. The location is also great: in the building itself there is a Billa as well as several restaurants, which is extremely convenient. The connection with public transport is also very good. The infinity pool on the 31st floor was a highlight – unfortunately we could only use it briefly due to the weather. The view from the apartment on the 12th floor is also beautiful, despite being close to tower 3. Communication with the host was smooth and very friendly at all times. We were completely satisfied and would come back at any time!

Very conveniently located apartment, the apartment is located in a very nice area, supermarket, drugstore and restaurants are right around the corner. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the apartment is also large enough for families. The landlords were super nice.

We had a very nice weekend at the place! Everything was straightforward and there are 2 very sweet rabbits in the garden. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom clean and the kitchen well equipped.

Perfect for a city trip, the U3 Erdberg is just around the corner and so you can be in the city centre in a few minutes. The accommodation is high-quality, you feel comfortable and the pool on the 31st floor is another highlight.
