Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Baden District

I went to Lower Austria with friends to spend a nice weekend in nature. Luckily, I found Tim's place because it was just wonderful. Especially the pond was perfect for swimming, we made a campfire in the large garden and used the pleasant interior. Everything was extremely clean, tidy and also ideally equipped. The house is in an extremely pleasant location: both right next to the hiking trails and easily accessible by car. There was room for this in front of the entrance. The beds were very comfortable and also the rooms are very well structured. The large garden is as fantastic as the kitchen and the living room with fireplace. Tim was also open to all our questions and gave us lots of helpful information and tips. Thank you and we will come back very gladly!

* Location: peaceful surrondings, private garden, huge park nearby, clean air * House: clean, well equipped, we felt right at home, quality & comfortable furnitures. We felt very comfortable in the small house. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a cozy living room. On sunny days, we enjoyed the numerous terraces and seating options outside. The property is quiet and somewhat remote, and you can enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains. There are also hiking opportunities right from the house. Marcus is very friendly and helpful and also gave us recommendations during our stay.

If you want to describe paradise, you can look for inspiration in this accommodation and find it. Simply a little paradise!!!! Really beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail

Very quiet location in the countryside, very cozy large apartment with very large facilities, on 2 floors, interesting mix of old interior with modern facilities. We went hiking directly from the house, you could take many tours from here!

What a great accommodation: Very generous, spacious, clean and modern. There were five of us and we really enjoyed the size of the accommodation. Due to the proximity to St. Pölten and the connection via motorway or federal highway, we were always able to drive into the city quite quickly, so it was perfect for us. Mario as a host is a very friendly host, always responded very quickly

We had a great time, including a 1 and a half year old. The apartment was also safe for the baby and Tobi and Olivia were very attentive and kind landlords. The apartment is super clean and tidy and the sauna is very nice at the end of the day. I can only recommend this place to people coming to the area.

A great stay. Location was perfect not only for the reason of a family member’s performance at Palais Ehrbar but also for multiple sites. Walkable to major sites and public transportation if preferred. Restaurants are in every corner. Place was tidy and very spacious. Everything was spot on as described.

If we could rate it more than 5 stars, we would definitely do that. it's a great cozy apartment with well equipped kitchen and all necessary amenities. It's located few steps away from side entrance to Schonbrunn palace, on a quiet street. Also, Schonbrunn U-Bahn station is within 5 minutes walk. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and gave us home-like feeling. We would definitely recommend this place!

Everything went well. The flat is beautiful. Manuela was very helpful. We van enjoy the quiet, peacful envirovment. I can offer this accommodation for everybody.

Daniel is definitely a super host! Amazing place and a friendly person. He helped us a lot around Vienna and suggested places to visit. He was sort of a local guide for us. I will definitely recommend staying at Jos cozy apartment.

Georg is a friendly and thoughtful person. For questions from our side, Georg always tried to think along. If we also cooked there, we were allowed to use his extensive herb garden. On warm days of rest, we sat under the umbrella by the swimming pool.

Great place to stay, plenty things to do and really lovely yard to enjoy. Jasmin is very nice host, friendly and always helpful. Thanks 🙏

Everything is great, always happy to come back

The romantic cottage with a large garden can accommodate at least 4 people. We were there with our 2 children, the children slept upstairs and my wife and I downstairs. A special highlight is of course the old wine cellar.
