Sie ist frisch mit klimafreundlichem Lehm verputzt und ist weitaus älter, als das mit 1750 datierte Haus. Bis 1897 war in diesen Räumen die „Städtische Fasseiche“ untergebracht, ein Eichamt für Fässer. Heute stehen stützende Betonwände und der ursprüngliche Boden aus sogen. Bachwacken, die im Laufe der Jahrhunderte blank geschliffen wurden, in einem spannenden Kontrast zueinander.
