On the 2nd floor are the spacious living/dining room and the modern, beautiful wooden kitchen as well as the bright, friendly bathroom. A protected south-facing loggia promises many hours of sunshine. The cozy bedroom is under the roof.

The apartment was renovated according to ecological renovated from an ecological point of view and has an ingenious indoor climate (clay walls, solid wood floors). It is quietly located and only the sound of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. From all windows, the apartment offers fantastic views of the Werra/bridge or the old town. The rooms are lovingly furnished. On request: Booking for 1 night and for only 1-2 people possible with additional cleaning and energy package.

You will be spending your holiday in our apartment on the 7th floor (lift available) of a former hotel. Through the panoramic window, you have a breathtaking view of the mountains and the climatic health resort of Bad Grund. The apartment features a fitted kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with a large shower, and a comfortable solid-wood double bed with cotton bed linen. On the balcony, you’ll be sitting on teak furniture surrounded by herbs (which you can harvest yourself) and flowers.

Apartment 2 on the Harz in beautiful nature

The apartment is on the upper floor of our vacation home, which was completed in the spring of 2020. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Harzburg/Westerode district surrounded by fields and meadows overlooking the beautiful Harz Mountains. The transport connection is very good, so you can quickly reach the nearby cities such as Goslar, Wernigerode, Quedlinburg or Braunschweig by car or bus and train from Bad Harzburg. Shopping facilities are also available in the village.

Comfortable apartment 160 sqm on an idyllic riding facility

The apartment is on the upper floor of a half-timbered farmhouse on a family-run equestrian center at the foot of the Harz Mountains. The complex includes a piece of forest that borders a river, several ponds and many beautiful corners. In addition, a large riding hall, a round hall and two riding arenas. If you are interested, it is possible to bring your own horses and to board them with full board. There are many beautiful hikes, lakes and other attractions in the area.

Holiday apartment by the forest, for nature lovers

The apartment is located in an old forester's house "das Krafthaus", which was built in 1902. It can accommodate 4 to 8 people (please read the description). The powerhouse is located on the edge of the forest, surrounded by nature. The Schalker pond is within walking distance. ...... We offer a linen package for €10 per person (towels, duvet cover and pillowcase). The visitor's tax is €3.00/night for adults and €1.65/night for children aged 6 years and over.

Bad Grund, with its half-timbered houses typical of the Harz Mountains, is located in a valley surrounded by the slopes of the Harz Nature Park. The numerous hiking trails through the mixed forest, past breathtaking viewpoints, are not only an experience for the trained hiker. Welcome to Walters Ranch! A small dog school in the Vorharz… That means dogs are welcome here. Here you are in the right place if you want to explore the Harz Mountains with a dog, like to end the evenings at the fire pit, maybe even want to have a small party? Or want to have the day and evening to yourselves. Our small apartment has 2 beds on approx. 38 m², a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Looking forward to seeing you soon :)
