Bei Tiny Flat 1 ist der Name Programm😊 Sie verfügt über ein kleines Schlafzimmer (14 qm) eine Mini Küche und ein Badezimmer. Die FeWo befindet sich im Erdgeschoss auf der linken Seite und hat einen separaten Eingang. Im Hinterhof gibt es Sitzgelegenheiten. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück.

The house is surrounded by greenery and yet close to the city. The panorama over the Rhine Valley and the city up to the Deutsches Eck is unique. The house is flooded with light. In the living room there is a Steinway grand piano and a library. Have breakfast in the conservatory or on the terrace in front of the kitchen. One of the bedrooms is particularly large and has its own bathroom. In three of the bedrooms, the mattresses have been on the floor so far.

Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.

Very nice apartment with terrace

You will stay centrally located in the Mülheim district. In the immediate vicinity, you will find one of the best restaurants in the region, Restaurant Linde. Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.
