Das „Haus Andersen“ liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel nur 10 Fussminuten von Limburgs Innenstadt und dem Erholungsgebiet „Tal Josaphat“ entfernt. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wurde das Haus 2019 renoviert. Die an die Küche angrenzende Terrasse lädt zu einem Kaffee im blumenreichen Garten ein. Die Feriengäste erwartet eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche, ein Gäste WC, 3 abschließbare Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, Magenta-TV, kostenfreies W-LAN.

Das Haus liegt mitten im Grünen und ist doch stadtnah. Einzigartig ist das Panorama über das Rheintal und die Stadt bis hin zum Deutschen Eck. Das Haus ist lichtdurchflutet. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Steinway Flügel und eine Bibliothek. Frühstücken im Wintergarten oder auf der Terrasse vor der Küche. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist besonders groß und hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. In drei der Schlafräume liegen bisher die Matratzen auf dem Boden.

Unser wunderschönes, fast 250 Jahre altes Haus bietet dir alles, was du brauchst, um dich in Mitten der Natur zu erholen oder Zeit mit Familie und Freunden zu verbringen. Der große Garten lädt bei gutem Wetter zum Verweilen ein und dank Holzofen und Sauna kannst du es dir auch an Regentagen gemütlich machen. Umgeben ist das Haus von den Feldern und Wäldern des Hunsrücks, die Mosel ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreicht.

Away from short-lived trends and mass-produced goods, our accommodation stands for longevity, individuality and thoughtful upcycling. To show that a new design doesn't necessarily have to be expensive. Use your stay for a creative break, unwind while hiking in nature, and take a bit of inspiration home with you.

Holiday home retreat with whirlpool and sauna

The vacation home, already named as such by its previous owners, is in no way inferior to the meaning of its name. It is a true place of peace and relaxation. A deposit of €200 must be paid on site, either in cash or via PayPal. Our house, with its 50 m², can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. It is modernly decorated and offers every comfort you can imagine. The hot tub and sauna are, of course, something very special.

The house is yours alone & has a fenced yard with garden furniture and barbecue.
