In just a 13-minute walk you can reach the Ludwigsburg train station, whose trains take you to Stuttgart every 10 minutes. Depending on the train, you need between 10-17 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station. Our guests have the apartment to themselves.

2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Vor dem Haus sind Parkplätze vorhanden, die nächst gelegene Bahn liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Der Wasen ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung , die sich im Erdgeschoss befindet, liegt nur 5 - 6 Gehminuten von der nächsten Stadtbahnhaltestelle (Züricherstraße) entfernt. Das Wasen Gelände, das Stadtzentrum sind mit Bahn/Taxi in < 20 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Apotheke, Post & Restaurant, 20 Minuten Fußweg (Naststrasse, Römerkastell). Für Kinder ist unser Gästebereich nur bedingt geeignet

The apartment is very close to the main train station, but significantly higher. We therefore advise against walking from there with luggage, as the difference in altitude is approx. 100m.
