Offered is a great 2-room apartment in the heart of Fellbach. The apartment has a kitchen, DSL 200 MBits, Loewe 40" smart TV incl. SAT, underfloor heating, high-quality bathroom amenities, bedroom with box spring bed (1.40 m), LED spotlights and electric window blinds. I think we've created a very cozy apartment here. In front of the house, there are enough free public parking spaces. The train station has a perfect connection with S-Bahn trains as well as many bus connections in all directions.

2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Within walking distance of the city center in a quiet street is this small room (13 m²), furnished according to the British model, in a guest house with a total of 6 rooms. It offers a high-quality double box-spring bed, wardrobe, table and chair, "hospitality tray," a flat-screen TV and of course high-speed Wi-Fi as well as a modern, private small bathroom. Not far from the property there is a good bakery, several cafes, an organic shop and good restaurants as well as nice little shops.

In our beautifully situated 2-family house, we offer 2 rooms with bathroom, small kitchen, dining table in the former dental laboratory. The apartment is only a 5-6 minute walk from the nearest tram stop (Züricherstrasse). The Wasen site (folk festival) and the city center can be easily reached by train and taxi in less than 20 minutes. Shops, pharmacy, post office & restaurant, 20 minutes walk (Naststrasse, Römerkastell). Our guest area is not suitable for children

Our NESTle is a small, cozy, comfortable apartment to feel good. A pretty one-room apartment in a quiet location with its own terrace and view of the countryside. The apartment is on the ground floor. In about 7 minutes you are on foot in the center of Fellbach (market hall, town hall, ...) and at the U-Bahn [subway] direction Stuttgart.

My apartment is a place to have a good time when you come to Stuttgart. It is beautiful loft with a great view of Stuttgart.
