Holiday rentals with a patio in Aylesbury

Stayed here a number of times. Great location, lovely apartment and great communication from the hosts.

Beautiful flat - clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Easy access to central London, whilst being peaceful and enjoying pleasant outdoor space and off-road parking. The lovely shady patio was a real bonus in the hot weather.

The apartment was exactly as described, and was convenient for Marlow town and the amenities, Worked perfectly as a base for me whilst I was visiting friends and family. If you have a big car parking can be tight but it’s off road so useful,

Would recommend this stay for anyone looking to stay in the oxford area! It was a short trip to the city center by uber or bike (or for those with more time, even a walk). Louisa and Simon were always responsive, before and during our stay and extremely accomodating with everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

It was amazing really good recommend staying! A beautiful place with everything we could need, from fresh linens and towels to a little desk for work as needed to dishes cookware and even some oils and spices. the bed was so comfortable! and big. Daniel welcomed us with chocolates (and special ones for Easter!) as well as a nice bottle of wine. He was super responsive when we had questions throught the booking and staying process. Daniel proactively offered us a discount because there was construction that prevented us from using the terrace---- so thoughtful of him to do and since we were out all day the construction didn't bother us at all. the neighborhood is amazing. so easy to get to multiple tube lines, restaurants, shopping, groceries etc. highly higly recommend!

I had the pleasure of staying at Tracy's property in the Hertfordshire area recently and I must say it was a delightful experience. The property is incredibly cosy, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. Tracy, the host, was exceptionally gracious and attentive. Hannah's place felt just like home! It was cozy and exactly what I needed for my stay in London. Everything was clean and she provided more amenities than I expected! Hannah was super sweet, she even came down to help me figure out how to use things I was having trouble with! Very quiet, safe neighborhood with food options nearby and a very quick walk to the Metro. If I return to London again, I'd absolutely stay here again!

Alison’s cottage was everything we wanted and more. Everything was in pristine condition, and it had everything we needed for a perfect weekend stay. We stumbled upon this gem and couldn’t be more grateful we were able to book it. The only downside to the trip was having to leave! Alison was incredibly responsive, which made everything even smoother. We truly can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to come back!

This place was such a standout for our family! Positively charming, perfectly decorated to celebrate the period architecture, cozy, clean, and absolutely a pleasure to stay in! Our family would happily go back! Deb has thought of everything and we felt right at home. The beds were so comfy, it was hard to get everyone going in the morning! This was a great launch for us to visit Oxford and the Cotswolds, and other areas of outstanding natural beauty 😊 Such a pleasure!

Sophie was an incredible host and met us on arrival to walk us through the property and explain everything in detail. We had to book at extremely short notice due to unforeseen circumstances with our original booking. Sophie managed to fit us in perfectly between existing bookings and we're so grateful for this! The property is absolutely stunning with a gorgeous private garden. The beds were super-comfy and the accommodation was spotless, I only wish we'd found this property first! The house was absolutely lovely – the perfect getaway for us and a few friends. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Phoebe was a fantastic host, incredibly responsive and welcoming, even greeting us when we arrived. We’ll definitely be back!

We spent an enjoyable 3 weeks in this very old cottage which has been tastefully and sympathetically restored keeping its original low beams and features. Sydenham is a charming Oxfordshire village very close to the Chilterns. It’s an ideal place to explore from. There are lovely walks and views. It’s an easy drive to the market town of Thame and other thatched villages, many of which appear in Midsomer Murders. The Crown opposite provides pub meals and has a lovely garden.

We stayed prior to a flight early the next morning. The property was ideal for us as a family. It was great that our son had his own room. Really well renovated and very clean. Marlon was a very friendly and helpful host. The property is well equipped, from the kitchen to bed linen and various amenities. It was also great access to the airport and made an early morning flight very easy.

It’s hard to know where to start singing the praises of Leticia’s Daffodil Cottage. We are on to our next location, and we all miss this gorgeous, ancient cottage and its *magnificent* gardens. The cottage was comfy and well-appointed inside, with plenty of room for our family group of 7. We were all so sad to leave! The children (ages 7, 2 and 12 months) spent a lot of time exploring the gardens, and my son and I added 45+ new species to our Seek app. So much time, effort and pride have obviously been poured into this paradise, inside and out. My friends back in the States were blown away by the pictures I posted and shared. We loved going into nearby Wendover to purchase food and eat at Shoulder of Mutton. And don’t miss Rumsey’s Chocolaterie. Sumptuous desserts, and affogato was divine. We also spent a lot of time piled onto the big bed in the downstairs bedroom, especially during the rain. So many wonderful family memories were made. A big thank you to Leticia and her team.

Emma was a fantastic host and her place is a great home away from home - which is just what we needed. Emma was super proactive, friendly and helpful in making sure we had all the information we needed. The property was spotlessly clean, with a beautiful big garden overlooking fields. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area,.

We had a great stay, it was ideal for my partner and I, and our dog due to the very spacious garden for her to run around in. The Annex exactly as pictured and described and had everything you’d need for a relaxing and peaceful time away. Sam the host was very helpful if we needed anything and made it easy for us to check in. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area, especially with a dog. Couldn’t fault it, we will definitely be returning!

Tucked away at the back of the shops, right on the High Street. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. A lovely little village. The way in was a little bit tight and you had drive carefully through the archway. It was comfortable and had everything you needed. Very quiet. And the Museum was wonderful!

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Husband, toddler and I had a very comfortable stay with Susan. Susan’s home was beautiful, couches were comfy, bathroom and kitchen spotless. Susan’s place is walkable (even with toddler on scooter!). My tip for future guests would be to ask Susan which direction to head in for the town centre, if going on foot as there is a cut through / short cut which Susan pointed out at the beginning of our stay. stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Ros’s place, it is so peaceful and beautiful with lots of space in the apartment. Ros was really friendly and helpful, with great recommendations of things to do around the area. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay Ros :)

Easy walkup, very peaceful and secure, Max was communicative before, during and after our visit. Lovely place.

Niclas was super responsive and kind. I ran into him while stepping out and we had a nice chat. We had a few other needs and Niclas and Romano were so accommodating. Place was pristine and very eclectic decor! Overall a great stay.
