Accommodation immersed in nature with lots of charm and very well equipped. We feel the attention to detail from Jean-Paul and Sophie, who are also very welcoming. The hot tub is a real plus for relaxing after a day of hiking. It was a good stay.

A simply perfect gite! The house and garden are very nice. The views are superb, the jacuzzi is a delight. The hamlet is very quiet, while being close to the villages. The place is perfect for young children, between the garden, cows and horses. Finally, Agnès and Benoît are lovely hosts, discreet while being present, attentive and very kind. In short, enough for a great stay

Pierre and Morgane were very responsive and available hosts, very welcoming, flexible and friendly. Their house is very pleasant to live in, it is cool in the summer despite the heat outside. The decor is chosen tastefully chosen. The bedding is of good quality. The house is welcoming even for young children. The exterior is very pleasant too. We had to feed the cats that live on site and are adorable (even if they did not dare to come home because of our dog). The environment is quiet and the gour de Tazennat is very close! In short, great value for the money. Note: no phone network (Bouygues) but very good wifi connection on site. Thanks again for a great stay!

Very nice stay with family, 6 adults, 3 children, 1 baby, 2 small dogs and 1 small cat. 20 minutes from the volcanoes and 1 hour from Puy de Sancy. Large house on 3 levels. Grocery store 15 minutes away.

Andre's place is a little gem. Away from the crowds but within walking distance from the city centre along the riverside. It's got everything you need for a relaxing stay. Communication with Andre was easy and efficient and he was very accommodating with our last minute request.

We had a lovely stay at Marie-Jo's. The accommodation we originally rented had a problem before we arrived and Marie-Jo, very responsive, offered us a solution in another of her cottages. In addition, Marie-Jo and her husband were kind enough to pick us up at the Issoire train station and take us to the cottage because we were not transported. The rented accommodation was large and had a magnificent view of the Auvergne mountains.

Very good stay in this peaceful haven. Spacious house, beautiful garden, absolute calm. The only small downside: the rooms in a row, not very convenient.

The cottage is very well located, close to the lake, and the host was very accommodating by allowing us to arrive a little earlier and leave a little later, which we really appreciated. After booking, we discovered that sheets and towels were extra (€5 each). It was stated in the conditions, and we acknowledge that we didn't read it correctly. Similarly, we didn't see that the reservation was non-refundable, which didn't allow us to go back. Regarding the accommodation itself, we were disappointed: the apartment lacks charm and would require some improvements. It's clear enough, and for the price we paid, we expected top quality. In short, the welcome was pleasant and the location is ideal, but the value for money remains disappointing

We had a great weekend in the house, there is nothing to say everything is good, the park and beautiful a haven of peace.

Spacious, well arranged and well located accommodation (in a small place, off-center from the center of the village but on the road to Thiers). The environment is very pleasant. Spacious bathroom and bedrooms, a small atypical garden and a beautiful view in front of the house. Very fresh accommodation, it is pleasant in high heat. Overall we had a nice stay.

We were very well received by Valerie despite a small delay on the road (bad weather). She was very available and pleasant. The accommodation is simple but functional and well-equipped, clean. Good bedding, spacious master bedroom, 2 toilets for each floor, nice terrace for eating out during the day or relaxing in the sun. Few opposite. Located in a hamlet, we were able to enjoy the calm of the countryside and the birdsong, very relaxing. We were rather well located: easy access to the volcanoes of Auvergne and attraction sites (Puy de Dôme and Chaine des Puys, Vulcania, hikes, Clermont-Ferrand, lake, Volvic). Please note: the wifi worked perfectly but we did not have a mobile network (BTel) in the accommodation. Check before you book if this is an important point.

We loved staying at this beautiful, tastefully restored and recent cozy cottage. The fireplace was a real plus!! . Lots of space. The location is quiet within walking distance of beautiful walks and not too far from beautiful places ( waterfalls, lakes , super besse station). Shops are also 20 minutes away and a bakery is a 10-minute drive away. on the bedding side we found the comfort of the medium (spring) mattresses for the large double beds and good for the single beds (subjective appreciation, we agree ..but who is ours). Please note that the address on the site is not accurate. Ask Alain beforehand. Wait on arrival to pay about 80 euros in a mandatory cleaning fee as well as to give a deposit check of 400 euros which will be destroyed once the cleaning has been done behind you . I report it here because I didn't see it mentioned in the listing and I find it logical to know it beforehand, even if these fees are justified.
