50 m² chalet with a lake view, located in the heart of the volcanic region, 500 m from the village of Aydat and 1 km from the lake. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room, a bedroom, a cabin with a bunk bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside, there is a 28 m² covered terrace with a heated inflatable spa that can be used all year round, and a 1000 m² plot with parking. Sheets and household linen are provided. Baby and household equipment on request €300 security deposit

Ideally located for discovering the treasures of Auvergne ( volcanoes, lakes, Romanesque churches...). It is located a 5-minute drive from a natural lake where swimming is supervised and various water activities are available (sailing centre), 20 minutes from Clermont and 40 minutes from the ski resorts (Super-Besse and Mont d’Or). Gite combining wood and volcanic stone on 2 floors: - on the ground floor a kitchen, living room, dining room, toilet and laundry room, - on the 1st floor 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms including 1 with toilet - on the 2nd floor 1 bedroom with double bed and a separate toilet. Small unenclosed shelters that can accommodate your bikes! Cottage located at the foot of many hikes (Puys de Combegrasse, La Vache, Lassolas, Vichatel), adjoining our house but separated by a fence!

'Les tilleuls' holiday home

Come and enjoy a pleasant stay at the 'Les Tilleuls' cottage. This is a beautiful, characterful, self-contained house with a garage, which can accommodate up to 6 people. The place is quiet and relaxing, with a view of the mountains. Living room, kitchen and bathroom with toilet on the ground floor; upstairs, one bedroom with a 140-cm bed, one bedroom with two 90-cm beds, and an open-plan room with a sofa bed for two people. A warm welcome also to motorcyclists.
