Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Avon

The studio was very cozy!! Had a personal A/C unit so the temperature was great. We had a very friendly welcoming, the studio is stocked with all appliances you will need (kitchen utensils, towels, etc..) I would love to stay in there unit again everything was perfect.

We were at Noreen’s for only a night. Loved her patio area! Our room was clean and fully stocked with the necessary amenities.

First time staying in the upstairs apartment. Very roomy and a nice deck to set on. Bed was very comfortable

Fantastic views, cozy, great bed… lots of positives to say about this gem! The owners were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Fantastic back porch overlooking the Pamlico Sound. Very quick drive to Hatteras and Buxton, where there are plenty of fantastic restaurants. And a huge hot tub!

Thank you so much Wendy for letting me stay at your beautiful home away from home. It was very clean, peaceful, and private! Wendy made an effort to come outside and talk with us a few times to see how we enjoyed the house, if we needed any recommendations, and to make connections. 10/10!

This stay was wonderful. The place was very comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful area that’s not busy at all—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We loved how private it felt, with no noise or crowds nearby. The best part was the million dollar, unobstructed view of the ocean—absolutely breathtaking and worth every penny. Nancy was very responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. We would definitely stay here again!

I highly recommend this place. Everything was seamless with our stay. Location was perfect with amazing quiet beaches and great restaurants and shops. Airbnb was quiet and felt like home.

We loved staying at the Casa Crews! Super short walk to the beach. William provides you with a beach buggie, umbrella, chairs, and everything you could need for a great time. The hot tub and outdoor space was fantastic. The Airbnb was spotless, super cozy, and the bed was very comfortable! It is located in the center of Outer Banks which allowed us to explore the north and south stretch. It is located in a more rural community, compared to Kill Devils. William was always responsive and provided us with amazing recommendations and their guide book was 10/10!

This was a wonderful experience. We loved the well stocked kitchen and dog friendly house. No one complained, from adults down to teenagers :). Marsha and Steve gave some excellent recommendations for our first stay at Outer Banks. Teens/young adults loved the outdoor shower and mom loved the washer/dryer. The amount of outdoor furniture was impressive. Such a beautiful weekend! Beach is close enough to walk to and the chairs were very helpful. Thanks again!

Great private location very close to the beach, and perfect for kids to play outside and ride bikes around safely! The pool was definitely not in walking distance, but worth a quick drive as it wasn’t ever too busy and a very nice place. Kids loved the outdoor shower and adults loved the porch seating. Host very responsive and friendly!

The entire property was very clean and the host was very responsive. Great spot!

The space is great. Perfect for a family of 4 if your kids don’t mind sharing a bed. Bedroom is plenty spacious worst case to add a twin air mattress if you need. Plenty of space in kitchen and great patio off third floor. Highly recommend.

This house was absolutely perfect! Not only was it exactly as pictured and described, but it felt very cozy, while still being spacious and offering lots of options. The location provided quick access to a beautiful beach, and a great ‘central’ location for day trips to Ocracoke, Pea Island, Nags Head and Hatteras, which gave our group great flexibility when people wanted to strike out on their own and then meet up later. Having the kayak and paddle board handy was nice for those who just wanted to relax and ‘chill’ for the day. We especially loved morning coffee on the back deck overlooking the sound, and being able to have dinner together on the huge screened in porch. The kitchen was extremely well-appointed which made meal prep a breeze. Communications with the host could not have been easier. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

The house and location were a great fit for our family and what we want when we come to Avon. We especially enjoyed easy sound access. Michelle was excellent with communication. Love the balcony with sound view every morning with coffee and a book.

I can't say enough positive things about Anthony or Diamond Shells. Beautiful beach front home. Do understand that, while the walk to the beach is very short, it is quite sloped - this is the case for every single beachfront home due to the topography. The house was absolutely perfect, and so was Anthony. Very responsive host and answered all questions very promptly and graciously.

There was plenty of room for the four of us! Everything was clean and tidy. While you are still pretty close to a lot of other houses, you have views of the ocean in between, and on the stormy nights, we could hear the waves crashing on the beach. The house is also very close to an ice cream shop and The Froggy Dog restaurant, which serves an excellent dinner menu. The house also provides beach chairs, sand toys, kayaks, etc. so you don't have to bring anything but your beach towel! Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Nice, clean condo with great location on the sound with beautiful sunset views! Very friendly and responsive owners! Hope to stay here many more times.

Me and my husband loved staying at their place they were very accommodating we had to move where we was and stayed at her place and check in time was at 4 and she let us check in at 2 very nice about it. They had beach chairs and a cooler that was offered which was very nice of her. The place was very clean with every single dish you could need to cook. The neighbors were super nice. The beanbag they had was amazing my daughter loved it. The beds were a little bit too firm but still very nice place. The parking spot was a little small but it was sheltered.

I got the place for my parent’s anniversary and they had the best time! They loved staying at this location and were able to check in easily. It was especially good for my mom who has some issues getting around. The location is easily accessible for people who might have handicap issues. Overall this place was amazing and my parents are planning on staying there again in the future!

If you are looking for a small place to just get away by yourself for a week I recommend this place. You can sit out on the balcony and watch the sunrise and drink your coffee. I personally loved that there was a nice breeze all the time and the view was amazing. It is great having a full kitchen and the ability to do laundry.

This place was BEAUTIFUL! We only stayed for one night (a quick weekend trip) but would book here again! Booked VERY last minute as within a few hours prior to checkin.

Very communicative, bare bones, just as advertised. The home was pristinely clean. The views were beautiful, gorgeous sound views from the balcony. The beach is just a short walk away and the pier is a 5 minute drive. Perfect location in Avon & Mike is super friendly! Be mindful that you will have to bring bath towels, but other necessities were supplied by the cleaners and lasted us through a full week. This was transparently advertised though. The living room is not quite as comfortable as we would’ve liked, but that’s just our preference. The rest of the house was very comfortable and we were pleased with the furnishing. The space is clearly well taken care of. Avon overall is a wonderful place to visit. The locals were probably the most friendly we’ve experienced in the OBX. The area is very remote and you can see the stars and even have a bonfire on the beach. Plenty of free parking and easy public beach access. Really good restaurants too. Highly recommend and we’ll be back!

All instructions were clear and we were even notified that we could check in early which was a bonus. The condo was clean and well furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The location is wonderful. Within easy walking distance to the beach, to shopping and dining and to the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum. And the boardwalk through the marsh is especially nice. We will definitely be returning!

This is a fantastic condo with everything you need to be cozy and comfortable for a week… we adored the view! It was quiet and clean… top notch stay!!
