Hotel holiday rentals in Avon

My son (6) and I really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Timber - the unit was cozy and clean, the amenities were far beyond what we expected, and the staff was so thoughtful and helpful. The resort was so incredibly family friendly (great pools, rentable movie theaters, game room, crafts), and we loved the proximity to downtown and skiing. The free and protected parking was a big perk, and I found our stay was an excellent value for the price. We'd absolutely book Ken's place again for a family vacation the Breckenridge!

Location doesn’t get much better than the Ritz Carlton in Beavercreek!! we booked this unit when there was a complete company buy out, so we were not able to use all of the amenities for the entire day, but the host was very clear This would be the issue and gave us a reduced rate. However, we did get to utilize all of the restaurants and bars our last day/night & everything was amazing! We will definitely be back

Very cozy condo, beautiful view of the mountain. Quick walk to Mountain house and lift to the mountain.

SkyRun are super communicative and helpful, check in was easy and they're on hand locally. Building and room is a little older, but was clean and comfortable, the location is unbeatable right by the American Eagle lift and the bars/restaurants in the Center Village. You can drop your gear and there's parking included across the street.

Great place, in a superb hotel in a fantastic locatiion. Kids loved the pool, & games room I loved the hot tubs. The access to skiing was perfect.

We had the most wonderful time. The place is just amazing, right next to the ski slopes, yet calmer than Peak 8. Super easy to get around, either with the car we had rented, or using the free gondola that has a stop just nearby. We didn't ski, but the hotel seems perfect for it, we did however use the outdoor heated jacuzzis with the kids, including the water slide, we reserved twice the private movie theater, and overall just had the best Christmas time. The kids loved the breakfast waffles they have daily in the hotel! The bed is quite big and comfortable, the only point not as great was the sofa bed that is not so comfortable for an adult, although it was more than fine for our older kid. The host was just as wonderful as the hotel, super quick to reply, friendly and helpful. Thank you, we loved it!

We have stayed here for the last 2 years. The location is great, being ski-in, ski-out is a top priority for us, the hot tubs looking up the mountain are great for apres ski. The Sevens restaurant on site is very good and a nice option if you don't want to go downtown or cook. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Thanks a lot for the stay! We had an amazing stay in the mountains in Breckenridge. The Airbnb host was fantastic, ensuring everything went smoothly. The accommodation was cozy and well-maintained. We really enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend it to others.

Everything was great. Only suggestion would be to change check out time to 10am. It says 11am on the app but check out is at 10am.

10/10 most definitely recommend. This was our first Airbnb experience and I hope they are all this great. We definitely had a few questions and Jan was just an E-mail away. Check-in was a breeze and they allowed us to check-in 3 hrs early from driving 17hrs away. The room was just as great. From having just about everything you can think of from measuring cups to Pizza pans and all the cooking tools you needed to stay in and cook something homemade.

The location is fantastic and the staff, specifically, Luis was very welcoming and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone visiting Vail.

Excelent place to stay, beautiful, cozy, big and perfect for a family. The balcony has an amazing view, and the place has everything you need, so much details that you only will need your clothes. Brian is extremely responsable and responsive. A+ in communication and the place overall! Next time we go to Vail, will stay again here definitely.

Melysa’s 2 bedrooms at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 was perfect for a fun and comfy ski trip. She was helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay easy and enjoyable.

The floor to ceiling windows really complemented the incredible view. The 1 car garage and very short indoor walk to hottub was nice.

I almost expect to be disappointed with rentals anymore. However, this location was a delightful surprise: even nicer than i predicted from the listing!

Stayed here for one night after having to extend our stay because of a winter storm. We wish we would’ve initially booked this place for our whole trip. The Mountain View’s were amazing! Everything was clean, the staff at check in were kind. Would definitely stay again!!!
