This little gem was the perfect weekend getaway to rest and rejuvenate! Alex was the best host and the cabin was well appointed and so cozy. So close to hiking, fishing and Breckenridge. Will definitely be back and we are grateful it was perfect for our little fur children too!

Very clean and neat. It worked well for our family of 6. Nice master suite separated from main house. Situated between 2 other houses but feels very private because of fences, and no dwellings across the river. The driveway is steep so we parked at the street to avoid getting stuck in the ice. Quick drive to Beaver Creek was easy for skiing.

We loved our stay. The place is as advertised - very beautiful home in a beautiful setting. The location is tucked away in the woods and feels extremely private. The home itself is modern but felt very homey. Elizabeth was also super quick to respond with a couple of questions. Overall, we would definitely stay her again and couldn't recommend the place enough!

Dewlap Lodge is an absolute gem nestled in the heart of Colorado’s breathtaking wilderness! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views of Glacier Peak and the surrounding landscape. The lodge itself is a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort—spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The host was fantastic, providing thoughtful touches throughout the home, including a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, and even recommendations for local hiking trails. Whether you're looking for adventure or just a peaceful retreat, this spot has it all. Waking up to the crisp mountain air and watching the sunset from the deck was truly magical. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway. Highly recommend Dewlap Lodge to anyone looking for a five-star experience in the Rockies!

5 stars all around! Rented this spot for my little brother’s childhood friends and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The place was super clean, had plenty of space for the crew, and the views of Breckenridge were downright breathtaking. We had everything we needed and then some — made for a weekend we’ll never forget. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

There really aren’t words to describe our time at this gorgeous cabin. The location is an absolute dream. Blue River is such a beautiful location which allows you to be close enough to Breckenridge for food and activities but come back to a secluded cabin to decompress. The cabin itself is absolutely gorgeous. Modern updates but still a rustic feel, a perfect mix. Everything you need to prepare meals and the beds are all so comfy. My kids absolutely loved the large family room for tv and games with the most breathtaking view of the mountains as the backdrop. The soaking tub in the upstairs bathroom was clutch and the hot tub was an absolute must each night and some mornings. Hot tubing in the snow was something we have never done and it was magical! We all cried when we had to leave. My kids and I actually forgot about the back play area but the snow was too deep to access it but that just gives us a reason to come back. Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in!

We were blown away by the hospitality, the beauty of the home, the location, the cleanliness, the amenities, truly everything! You must stay here if you’re staying in Breckenridge!! It’s surrounded by beautiful woods just minutes from Main Street. The home had every single amenity you could ever need and more. You wouldn’t need to bring a thing! They have it all! The hot tub was amazing and clean! The home itself was spotless and the modern decor is beautiful! The open concept is lovely and every bedroom is beautiful! Every part about this home inside and out is PERFECT! And the hosts were very communicative, checked in often, and helped us with whatever we needed (quickly!!). Oh and they made our two pups feel right at home with all the dog-centered amenities! We will be back!! Cannot say enough good things about this property!

The house was great. The beds were comfortable. The wildlife was awesome. We had moose in the morning and wandering close to the house at night!!!!

Lloyd's BnB is a great place to stay. The beautiful mountain setting, the charming creek and the fact that EVERYTHING you could possibly need for is less than 10 minutes away are all reasons to come back. I would ^ HIGHLY ^ recommend this Air BnB to anyone with dogs, mountain lovers or anyone who wants a picturesque getaway from the city without having to be too far away from all the amentities a city provides. We had a great time at David’s place. The ping pong table and hot tub were fun amenities and our Friday evening Catan game was a great way to use the coffee table in the great room. The kitchen was clean and well equipped, the beds were comfortable and linens were clean. There were plenty of towels for showers and hot tub. They thought of everything to make our dog comfortable. The hiking trails right out the front door were great as well. The cabin is less than 10 minutes to downtown Breckenridge where there are great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this property for any family looking to spend time relaxing together.

My husband, my dog, and I loved staying here! It was very comfortable and the views out the front window are amazing! Chanie was very responsive and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. My favorite part was sitting in the hot tub listening to the birds sing and looking at all the gorgeous spring flowers. I highly recommend staying here.

We just got back from this precious A frame house and loved it. It was perfect for our little get away. It was quiet and could hear the river all throughout the day. Communication was great and he even recommended some near by trails for us to explore!

Our stay was off season, so it was exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, right on the river, with a great view of the mountains. Close to town and trails. The cabin was pretty and felt very homey. All we needed to do was bring our clothes and make a shirt run to the grocery store and we were set for the week.

Beautiful cabin, Mikala and Jeremy were great always answered any questions quickly. Cabin feels private but only a short drive to town.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Colorado! The house was absolutely perfect for our family…spacious, clean and so thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal, with easy access to Main Street and downtown, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. One of my favorite spots was the sunroom, surrounded by nature, it was the perfect place for my morning meditation. The vibe throughout the home was warm and relaxing, making it easy to settle in right away. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-located getaway!

This was a great spot for a father-son ski trip. The house was well designed and well laid out. Everything was new and clean. Our favorite was sitting in the hot tub overlooking the willow field hoping to see a moose as we watched the sunset and the moon rise while sipping wine and enjoying great conversation. And it’s called 10k lodge for a reason, man is the air thin up there! So much so got a little altitude sickness. Overall it was a great house outside of town to soak in the beauty of Colorado.

This was our first Air B N B experience and it did not disappoint. The house was comfortable, welcoming and perfect for our family. All of the little things from a stocked kitchen pantry to toiletries to hot tub towels were available. We were only five minutes from Breckenridge yet had secluded privacy and a hot tub at the house. Cabin was better than expected from the photos seen on the advertisement. All main services worked very smoothly. Lovely and warm on my return from the slopes. Nice and clean with everything you need. My only complaint which is nothing to do with this accommodation is the poor maintenance and cleaning at the pool and changing area. The Owners of Tiger Run are being very let down by the owners of the resort. Very poor cleaning in the changing rooms and maintenance to the water quality to the pool and Hot Tubs.

We had a fantastic stay in Breckenridge! The home was just minutes from the heart of town, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. It was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. We would recommend it to others!
