The apartment is located on the lower level of our home and is completely private. It has a queen bed in the bedroom and a very comfortable sofa in the living room. It also includes a fully-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and a Cuisinart coffee maker. Mountain views visible from the living room and we are only eight minutes away from Beaver Creek! Two dogs live upstairs so best to be pet friendly.

Lovely Room in Condo on Eagle River w/ fireplace

Older property, however, clean and well maintained. Great location in the Eagle/Avon arean near Beaver Creek. Walking distance to shuttles, restaurants, breweries and quick on/off access to I-70. Directions were great, easy to locate and access to the unit was well done. There is a TV/streaming apps code that is needed to open up the application access and that code should be posted near the WiFi code in my opinion. I didnt see it on the fridge until it was too late. Good pricing in winter compared to the local hotels and other ABB properties. Unit has all the necessities. Parking is good. Hoped to have met our host Charlie but he was away during the time we were there. Would recommend it for a nice getaway weekend. Would like to return there again.

Natalie took great care of my 19 year old son who was in Vail for the Go Pro games. Perfect for a solo traveler. Quiet place in Vail not too far from all the fun. We will be back!
