Absolute gem! Close walking distance to everything - shuttle bus into beaver creek lifts, walking distance to restaurants and downtown area. Great patio. Superb layout for 4 people. Full amenities incl parking space. Coming back next season !

Great stay at Falcon Point! The place is and furnishings are actually more modern than the pictures suggest. It was very clean and well appointed. The location is very convenient 2 blocks to the Lake Street bus stop for the Avon skier shuttle or walk seven minutes to Avon transportation center to take the Riverfront gondola to Beaver Creek or express bus to Vail. The heated underground parking garage was super convenient as are the ski lockers in the parking garage. Very friendly and helpful front desk personnel. Would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay here in Avon! The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. They also had a crib and a high chair for us which made travelling with our little one very easy! Highly recommend!

We loved Chris's place. Our kids loved the loft area and the ladder. It's a quick drive up to Beaver Creek and we just parked at the Gerald Ford garage each day. Chris was super great with recommendations and advice around the area. Even though, this was our fifth year to ski BC, we still found new helpful tidbits in his advice. The house was exactly as advertised and my kids have asked to stay here again next year! You won't be disappointed! He also gave advice on bad traffic the morning we departed as I-70 was closed from Denver to the Kansas border.

The Condo = Superb! Spacious, clean, bright light, and exactly as or better than the pictures and descriptions. The Host = Excellent! Allie is welcoming, friendly, prompt, and clearly wants to be sure your visit is a total success. The Location = Outstanding! Incredible access to the gondola, the town of Avon, and the Westin Resort. You are getting everything this listing presents to you and much much more. A no-brainer choice and we’ll be back for sure. There is not enough room in a description window to describe how nice the home is and how many conveniences it offers; plus how comfortable it is, and how perfect the location is. You are left wanting nothing and needing nothing. It is a stone's throw from a gondola, and a five minute walk to a couple of great restaurants and the phenominal City Market, where you can find literally anything (at GREAT quality), and beer and wine also, and all at decdent prices. The hosts are very, very responsive, and they make you feel very welcome, as if you are their most important guests ever. From bottle openers and corkscrews to coffee maker and filters, and pots and pans, to d/w, w/d (supplies provided!), fireplace, balcony, mountain views, and so much more. We hardly used anything we packed and brought from home. We are already planning next year's trip HERE at this wonderful home with the best hosts ever. We stayed in town for a hockey tournament and Kara was an amazing host. Super responsive and went out of her way. This is a great location to be within a walkable distance of everything you need in Breck. Highly recommend!

Location was great, located right next to the Super Bee lift which made it ready for a day of skiing. Loved that we could bring our dog with us too. The unit had everything we needed including a full kitchen and laundry. We will definitely stay here again.

Devin's place is fantastic! I stayed here for a month and it had everything someone would need for an extended stay. The location is super close to downtown Silverthorne and a short drive away to other ski mountains. I'd highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Ski Getaway – Amazing Location & Amenities! I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect, just minutes away from the ski resort, making it super convenient to hit the slopes. The balcony was amazing, offering stunning views that made for the perfect spot to relax after a long day with a grill to make an amazing dinner after a long day. The place itself was spacious, well-equipped, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up to make guests feel right at home. Plenty of room for everyone, and the host was great with communication. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommend for anyone looking for the perfect ski retreat! ⛷️

We loved our stay at Mary and Alan's condo. The property was so beautiful and had lovely pathways and trees. The community pool and hot tub was so pristine and so close we enjoyed a hot soak after skiing. The condo was so bright and spacious we loved the space. Had many lovely nights in the large living room with the fire. We would love to come back and stay here hopefully next year!! Thanks again Mary and Alan!

Beautiful home that's very close to the village and private covered parking. You're right along the highway, so expect some road noise at night. We didn't have a great time with the internet situation, it speed tests fine, but I was unable to even send emails without errors and daughter had problems playing anything requiring internet on her tablet at night. TV streaming worked fine. Odds are you're not here for the internet, everything else was amazing. Thanks!

the house was comfortable, the surroundings were nice, and the common hot tub after skiing was great. the house had some minor glitches, but the space is well used and the sleeping space is very nice. I'd say, ideal for a family of four or two couples with a kid. the beds are; two queens and two twins (a couch and a bed under the couch)

The condo is really nice, and it gets extra points of being very nicely appointed. James was a stand out host. I had a special request at an inconvenient time that he happily took care of immediately. A very positive experience.

We really loved staying at Chantal’s quiet home. It’s close enough to the village to have easy access, but also far enough that the location feels truly peaceful, private, and quiet. Her place was amazingly well-stocked with everything we needed to do some light cooking, stay comfy during the night with a humidifier, and do laundry.

Check-in was a breeze! The home was spotless, in a beautiful location, and just minutes from Main Street. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had agreat stay! Brandon was a wonderful host, very communicative and accommodating. Our group was two couples with two toddlers, and they provided a pack and play and sleds for the kids which we really enjoyed! He was very responsive to any questions we had. The condo is adorable and very comfortable. It was right next to a park which the kids really enjoyed. The only thing I would offer to future guests is it’s not super baby friendly for toddler age children (with the spiral staircase and open railing upstairs), but overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely visit again!

what a great few days in Breck. we had everything we needed and enjoyed this trip and this time of year. no crowds, easy to go to restaurants and enjoy the city. huge bonus to be able to park and walk to just about everything.

Enjoyed our stay at Trails End so much. Nice clean and cozy place that we could walk to Main Street Breck easily for shopping or dining. Alec was great with communication even after we booked letting us know the hot tubs wouldn’t be working in the off season and also went above and beyond gifting us a credit to go use the local indoor pool that our kids enjoyed. Would come back again!
