Monthly Rentals in Avoca Beach

Absolutely loved Maria's studio! It's even better than the pictures, her place is everything you want/need for a stay cation. Her studio was so neat & tidy can't fault anything at all. She was very helpful with instructions, also checked in to see how everything was going & managed to let me have a late check out. Shops were very close & same with the beach. Definitely will be staying here again next time in the future! Thank you for being a great host ☺️

Great space for family with young kids! Very walkable to everything you need cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, and store. Beautiful jetty to watch sunset and very close to the beach! Judy was very responsive and accommodating too to everything we needed. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s home. The house itself was spotless, super clean. The home had a great view of Avoca Beach and was in a private location. It was a perfect size for a couple and the bathroom was great. Lisa was a great and thoughtful host and thought of all the little extras to make our stay enjoyable. Bread (2 types which I didn’t expect - based on what I liked and what my husband preferred), eggs, a number of options for breakfast toppings, cereal and milk. And coffee of course based on what we preferred. Fruit bowl was also provided and some sweets to welcome us into Lisa’s home. Lisa was very responsive to any questions I had and recommendations for where to eat in the area. The Cowrie is an upmarket fine dining restaurant about 5 mins walk from the home. Plenty of other delicious options for eating out in Terrigal and Avoca Beach. I was also lucky enough to have a couple of lovely massages in house. I would highly recommend Lisa’s home for a getaway.

Had an absolutely amazing stay! The space is absolutely stunning, exactly as described and didn’t miss a single detail. Emmanuelle was an incredible and proactive host—just as perfect as her studio. Can’t wait to come back one day!
