Copa Cabana

*IMPORTANT: The property next door is doing an extension, due to finish by May 2026. Please be mindful of associated noise when considering your booking. A discount has already been applied to the next few months to compensate for any inconvenience. The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the ocean side of the block behind another freestanding house. Small dogs are welcome but please notify us BEFORE booking. There will be an additional fee of $170.

Its the perfect summer or winter getaway with our old wood burner fireplace and clawfoot bathtub to keep you cosy in the cooler months, and Blue Lagoon Beach only 1 block away to enjoy in the warmer months!

Perfectly positioned on The Esplanade directly across the road from Umina Beach, this recently renovated oceanfront Apartment makes the perfect stay for a weekend away. Blue Seas is a peaceful, unique place to stay overlooking Avoca Beach. There are two balconies for you to overlook South Avoca, the Greek Villa sleeps upto 4 people - 1 Queen and 1 Double fold out sofa Bed, 1 bathroom. It is a short walk down to the beach, south Avoca Flags, down to cafes, Cinema and restaurants. There is a small kitchenette attached to sofa room with fridge, toaster, health grill ,toaster and kettle.

Lakeside & 700 mtrs to sea - One bedroom Studio

Walk around the main house and watch pelicans and swans glide peacefully on the lake at the bottom of the garden. Listen to the kookaburras laughing as they perch in the trees. Savour a morning coffee or evening drink on the jetty. Enjoy a barbecue directly outside the studio or on the expansive travertine courtyard overlooking the lake.

AVOCA BEACH GUEST SUITE

Our 1 bedroom guest suite comprises of the bottom level of our two storey house. It is perfect for couples or singles. It sleeps 2 however we do have a port-a-cot. It has its own private entry so you can have as much or as little interaction with us as you like. Please note there are six steps down from street level.
