Beachfront holiday rental in Avoca Beach

Great weekend getaway! A great spot to spend a weekend out of Sydney, amongst the treetops. Lots of lovely little homely quirks. Great kitchen. Lovely balcony. Easy drive to Avoca or Copacabana beaches. Lovely to be able to bring our dog.

You want to stay here. The Sandstone Cottage has an exceptional view and an ideal location. The dwelling is well maintained, very clean and perfectly serviced. Being able to use the provided water toys and kayaks was a bonus for our kids. We found the Sandstone Cottage to be comfortable because of how familiar everything was to us, and convenient because of how the space was so sensibly laid out. There is beauty inside and outside of this house. It rocks.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this beautiful cabin! The location was perfect — right next to the lake, and just a short walk from the Indian Coffee House restaurant, which was a great bonus. The cabin itself was very well-organized, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The peaceful surroundings and proximity to nature made it the ideal getaway. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and conveniently located retreat.

Excellent cabin in a lovely tranquil location. Great hosts with everything that you need in the cabin plus more, to have a relaxing time outside of the city. Great for fishing and beach walks, close to amentities if you need to stock up on food too.

Spacious and tidy house, view was amazing!

This is the second time we’ve visited Paul’s place and hopefully they’ll be another. It’s a quintessential Australian coast house, full of character and warmth. The beach is across the road and you fall asleep with the sound of the ocean. Heaven! Great back yard, everything you need and Paul is a 10 out of 10 host!

What an amazing place to stay with family, the apartment is so beautifully decorated with attention to detail and very clean. The rooftop jacuzzi with amazing views is truly remarkable! My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The layout was thoughtfully designed and we especially loved the rustic charm of the bed and bathroom which created such a warm, cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect, the beach accessible from the back gate of the property and although the weather was chilly, we still enjoyed a lovely picnic down there. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful getaway!

Very relaxing place to spend a week or weekend. Has everything and walking distance to everything

Our party of 5 including grandparents and 2 yr old son had a lovely stay at Michelle's. we stayed for 4 nights and spent the mornings at the beach which is just around the corner and lazy afternoons in the pool. The garden and house are well maintained and very cosy for a family trip away. I'd recommend stocking up on food as there are currently no shops/cafes at Pearl beach, but it was handy having a coffee cart turn up next door in the mornings. Even though there is construction building next door, my 2 year old son loved watching the machines and was disappointed when they weren't working on the weekend！Thanks again for sharing your home with us Michelle, we will be back！

Very responsive, clean home in a beautiful location. You need to take your own blow dryer and take enough towels with you if you don’t want to keep on washing and drying the towels they provide for you during your stay.

Adrian’s place was so homely and comfortable. The beds were so soft and we didn’t want to leave that lounge! We had just the right amount of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Adrian was very generous and thoughtful. Even leaving ice blocks in the freezer for the kids! The pool and games room was a hit with the kids. Great for the couple of rainy days we got during our stay. This was probably the most comfortable air b n b experience we’ve had. Everything ran smoothly thanks to a great host.

This house is very close to the beach, and a great view of McMasters. Everyone thought the layout was super. Swimming pool was a bonus. Great for 10 guests.

Great beachhouse in amazing location to get easily to and from the flags at north avoca. Having a pool is a bonus that the kids loved. Kitchen well equiped and everything nice and clean and in good condition.

We had an amazing time staying at Lucy's beachfront Airbnb! We spent a month there and loved waking up to the stunning sunrise every morning. The apartment was perfect for our family of four, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lucy was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We would absolutely love to return for another beach getaway!

Jennene’s Airbnb is exemplary in every way. Immaculately kept, thoughtfully appointed, and perfectly positioned facing the sea, it’s the kind of place you immediately want to return to. The backyard is a dog owner’s dream - spacious, secure, and ideal for pets to stretch out and play while you enjoy the ocean breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Just a heads-up: please don’t book in July… because we’re coming back!

We loved everything!! The apartment was really spacious and homely and we were so close to everything. We had a relaxing stay, using the infrared sauna, playing board games at the massive kitchen table or enjoying the ocean view from the balcony (we were lucky the house across the road is under construction and single storey). We would love to visit again and would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Creative, quirky, eccentric, and just fabulous! So much more than just accommodation, we felt so comfortable and immediately at home. We spent a lot of time just enjoying the space, which we have rarely done at other AirBnB's. It is ingenious how Ian has fitted so much into the space. Very comfortable, with everything we needed. The little touches Ian pays attention to make a huge difference... And, Wagstaffe is such a beautiful part of the world, so peaceful but close to anything needed. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house, lovely views of the water and river. Interior was coastal and homey- felt like I could have lived there but still had a clean and clutter free space. Would stay again for sure!

Really cool apartment with lots of groovy, artsy decorations. Great for couples. Right next to the beach with some fantastic cafes.

We arrived from a long trip with grumpy kids around dinner time and Tara had left some cheese, bickies and wine for us which was perfect to ease that post-family road trip tension 😂 we straight away put the record player on started having some fun. There were books to read to the kids at night, local cafe is divine, location is beach front!!! Kids loved having picnics on the grassy area infront of beach. Tara has a great book for guidance in the area. Great hospitality!
