Two stone houses immersed in the woods, in the small "Gropp" complex, reachable from the parking lot in 18 minutes on foot along a paved pedestrian road, the last 10 minutes of which are a slightly uphill path in the woods. Dedicated to those who love nature, those who appreciate tranquility, simple life, those who are not discouraged if at night they hear the animals of the forest wandering, those who are enchanted to listen to the birds and those who love swimming in the magnificent blue pools of the Maggia River.

Wonderful rustic duplex, nestled in the heart of Avegno, offers peace and quiet. Inside there is a small dining room corner with fireplace and pine cone and a new kitchen; climbing the stairs you enter the two bedrooms, a double bedroom of a thousand and one nights and a convertible from single bed to double bed and a comfortable bathroom with bathtub. Outside there are many spaces for reading or eating, a beautiful terrace with a chaise longue, a patio with a table and chairs and a small garden with armchairs.

Minimum one adult 27 years of age. There are 3 houses (total 15/17 beds.)in January the temperature in the house is max 16 degrees Sheets and towels CHF 28 per person. Reservations for less than one week are accepted only in the month prior to the vacation date. (Short stays only possible as last-minute bookings).
