We felt very comfortable in Matina's apartment. The location is perfect for walks and swimming in the Maggia or Melazza - which our dog also liked. We'd be happy to come back!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and the area is pleasantly quiet. The kitchen is super equipped and the bed very comfortable. Katrin and Thomas are great hosts, they were always available for our questions and went out of their way to set up the apartment for our baby. We'll be happy to come back.

Perfect apartment for your stay in Locarno

We felt very comfortable in Doris' apartment and will definitely come back (in nice weather...;-)! Doris welcomed us very kindly and gave us many good tips for hikes in the area. The apartment is very quiet and within walking distance of the train station in Locarno. The kitchen is excellently equipped, so you can also cater for yourself very well. There is a table and two chairs right in front of the apartment and two other very nice seats in the garden overlooking the lake, which we would have used more often in better weather...;-) All in all a great stay. Nicola is not only an outstanding host but a great human being, someone you will enjoy having a chat with. He made me feel at home taking care of the smallest details. The bed was super comfy. The flat was spacious including a beautiful balcony. The shower was powerful and hot. Everything was spotless! Last but not least I could hear the silence at night in that place, yet only a short walk from the beautiful centre of Ascona where you can find everything you wish for. A great stay and fantastic value for money! I hope to be back soon!

Beautiful, very stylishly furnished apartment with a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore and the countryside. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bed is comfortable and the terrace with a view is a great highlight. We can definitely recommend Matteo's apartment. Sandro is a very friendly host. Communication was easy and fast. If there were any questions, he also called quickly to explain everything. Everything was as described and clean. The apartment contains no unnecessary furnishings and is very clearly structured. The whole apartment is tastefully and newly furnished. Also the bathroom is very nicely made. But we liked the balcony and the view best. You can see the lake from the balcony. The lake is also very quick to reach. Fortunately, it had been very quiet at night. This means you can also leave the window open on warmer nights. What is also very good for guests with an electric car is the charging station around the corner. Just 210 metres away is a BMW dealer with a 150KWh charging station. That was, of course, super practical.

Fantastic apartment, view, swimming pool and communication throughout. We really enjoyed our stay. Jonathan was very kind and allowed us to check out late so the kids could have a swim before we headed home!

We felt very comfortable. In good weather, the view was fantastic and the garden was super beautiful. Rebecca was always very helpful and responded quickly. Despite the bad weather, we had a nice holiday. We would definitely come back!😊

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen's place. The room was great and had everything you needed - even tips for hiking and eating. If you have any questions, Carmen is quick and super helpful. And because that wasn't enough, there was also an idyllic pool and plenty of help and support for inquiries or special requests. We certainly won't be the last time we come here and thank Carmen for her great hospitality!

Great stay at Denis apartment, apartment was simple but perfect for a few days and great location with tasty restaurants around. The view is breathtaking!

Great place in fantastic location. Apartment was better than photos. Stay was very enjoyable.

The studio is very pretty and we felt comfortable immediately. Really everything you need is available and in good condition. The house is located directly on the waterfront in the pedestrian zone, the studio is on the third, top floor. The nights were very quiet, even during the day you can only hear the voices of the pedestrians muffled. I could well imagine living there in the high season, because the location and the view from the windows is really great. Valentina is very nice and always easy to reach, we were completely satisfied.

We had a wonderful time in Andrin's cozy casa. A small, quiet idyll in the midst of nature, surrounded by an ocean of forests – you can only hear the distant rushing of the river and the chirping of winged neighbours. A picturesque view awaited us from the small terrace. You can indulge for hours in the mystical atmosphere of the wild Onsernonetals, which reveals a new face depending on the time and weather. For the five-minute walk to the accommodation, sturdy shoes are recommended, as you will be walking a short distance along the old paved trade route, which leads towards Intragna. The house is beautifully decorated and offers everything you need (even a stereo and cool CDs). Overall, a very inspiring and relaxing holiday in a unique valley, away from everything (and yet well supplied thanks to the village shop and bakery) Thank you very much, Andrin. And sooner or later.

Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

The rental was beautiful with an amazing view. It took 10 minutes to get to town by car. Easy drive to Varenna and Bellano. The outdoor patio was great with a large area under cover.

Centrally located apartment. Walkable to every part of Como. Beautifully decorated with all the amenities. Not handicap accessible. Steep stairs to the apartment.

We absolutely loved this place. What more can I say that hasn’t been said? The view is outstanding. You’re very high up the mountain. One morning we there was low lying clouds above the lake … and we were looking down on it from above the clouds. Clean and contemporary design, with a comfortable bed. You’ll need a car! The garage is very tight, so rent a smaller car. And getting there from Varenna involves a drive up a narrow winding road. It was fun drive … for me, at least.

Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊

The place was just as described: good location, clean and very, very spacious. We did our research before reserving Lisa's apartment, so we knew the place was walking distance to some events we had to attend that weekend. Lisa was extremely helpful, patient with us (we changed arrival time last minute) and flexible. The bathrooms were modern and clean, and so was the kitchen. Very spacious and with really high ceilings. It all went very smooth during our stay. A great asset to Airbnb.
