The accommodation is very quietly located in the villa district of Uhlenhorst on one of the most beautiful properties in Hamburg directly on the Alster. From the large balcony you can look over the Feenteich and the Alster. It couldn't be any nicer! The center can be reached in about 10 minutes by bike, car or bus. Part of Alexander's apartment is rented, which has a separate entrance, bathroom, toilet and a small kitchen. Absolute privacy!! NOTE: See tourist occupancy tax under Rules!

Charming modern furnished apartment in the rear courtyard directly on the Outer Alster. We offer a 94 m² apartment with bedroom, living-dining area, bathroom, guest toilet and balcony. Another room cannot be used. The location is super central, 5 minutes from the main train station and all public transport. The street “Lange Reihe” is 3 minutes away and offers numerous restaurants and bars. The Binnenalster with the Jungfernstieg and the shopping mile is a 10-minute walk.

Our guest room is located in a house directly beside the Alster lake, in one of the most beautiful streets of Hamburg . It is a very quiet and green residential area; the center of the city and the main railway station can be reached within 10 minutes. We renovated the guest room and created a sophisticated and modern interior.
