Schöner geht es kaum! Das Zentrum ist mit dem Fahrrad, Auto oder dem Bus in etwa 10 Min. zu erreichen. Vermietet wird ein Teil von Alexanders Wohnung, der über einen separaten Eingang, Bad, WC und eine kleine Küche verfügt. Absolute Privatsphäre!! Ein weiteres Zimmer kann nicht genutzt werden. Die Lage ist super zentral, 5 min vom Hauptbahnhof und allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Straße „Lange Reihe“ ist 3 min entfernt und bietet zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars. Die Binnenalster mit dem Jungfernstieg und der Shoppingmeile ist 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich direkt an der Alster. Von dem Fenster und vom Balkon aus blickt man direkt auf das Wasser. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem hanseatischen Jugendstil Mehrfamilienhaus, welches im 19. Jahrhundert erbaut und in 2023 komplett saniert wurde. Sie ist im Neubauzustand, hat 4 m Deckenhöhe. Individuelle hochwertige Ausstattung, massives Eichen-Tafelparkett, wertvolle Paneele, Stuck, Originaltüren, handgearbeitete Einbauten, moderne Bäder.

Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

Our guest room is located in a house directly beside the Alster lake, in one of the most beautiful streets of Hamburg . It is a very quiet and green residential area; the center of the city and the main railway station can be reached within 10 minutes. We renovated the guest room and created a sophisticated and modern interior.
