Dagmar is a very nice and accommodating host! The tiny house was as described and had everything we needed. The location is perfect: quiet, but you are quickly at the train station and thus also in the city. There are plenty of places to eat and shop in the area.

Even the greeting by Pauline conveyed a good feeling of being welcome. It was like staying with friends.

We thank Theresa for her hospitality. We are very happy with our stay at this place. Staying in the apartment was comfortable and cozy, you feel at home. Especially suitable for families with children looking for a cozy holiday outside the city. There is everything for the child, both a wonderful yard with a playground and a children's room equipped with a shower. The house has everything for a comfortable stay, it is warm, there is internet, hot water and a well-equipped kitchen. No matter how cold the weather, we would have spent more time on the terrace, but we were not lucky, there was a strong wind and it was cold. In the middle of the night, the ringing of the bell tower can wake you up, so it is better to close the windows at night) and otherwise everything else was very good.

I highly recommend staying with Thomas. The location is great and the accommodation has everything you need. Thomas was very friendly and I can recommend the accommodation with restrictions!

We enjoyed being able to be there for ourselves. The location was simply awesome and offered many opportunities for exploring. We would book again at any time, there is nothing comparable in the area. Simply a gem in every respect!

Gerald’s place is fantastic!

We were very kindly received by Rosalind and her husband. The two were very warm and likeable hosts. The accommodation is in a quiet location and Munich or Starnberg are very easy to reach by train. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of space in the apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped. The staircase to the apartment is relatively steep and narrow, which was not a problem for us, but with children or elderly people, this could be an issue. All in all, the accommodation is a recommendation!

We recently stayed at Wolfgang and Andrea’s loft while visiting Munich from the US with my wife and our three kids, and I can’t say enough great things about our experience. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The loft was exactly as described—beautiful, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. It had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Wolfgang personally greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the space, which was a wonderful touch. They had even stocked the fridge with sparkling water and wine, and left snacks for the kids—such thoughtful hospitality! Transportation was a breeze. We had easy access to everything we wanted to do in the city, which made exploring Munich with a family smooth and stress-free. The host’s communication was excellent—prompt, clear, and friendly. Their instructions were incredibly helpful and detailed, showing just how much care they put into making sure guests have an outstanding experience. They are definitely 5-Star!

The apartment was very nice and above all practical to easily get into the area and city. It has everything you need, but you have to bring your own shower gel, Laura doesn't provide it. I could imagine that the apartment can get a little warm in the height of summer. Otherwise, everything is in perfect order

Julia was very nice to us. The neighborhood was very quiet and with a supermarket nearby. It was well connected to the center, as it had metro, train and bus stops nearby!

Our stay went very well, the place is quiet and peaceful. The host is responsive and very friendly. We found everything we needed on site, even more! The accommodation is located 30 minutes from the city centre by car.

Location, location, location! Close to many museums, restaurants, markets, boutiques, and only a short subway trip to center of Munich. Sarah’s place was perfect for our week stay in Munich! The place was spotless, modern, and well equipped. She took initiative to make our stay even more comfortable for us and our adult daughter. Thank you, Sarah. We would enjoy staying at your home again someday.

This was a great location for me and my family to spend a few days in exploring the surrounding area. Very close to the train station that left on average every 10 minutes, we could get going or get home easily. The apartment itself is HUGE, which was a nice change of pace being in small hotel rooms. I loved relaxing in their deep, clean, soaking tub since it was a bit cold and rainy during our stay. It was kind of the hosts to include a variety of refreshments and snacks for us in the kitchen. Really the only thing I wasn’t totally prepared for was the hike up to the room… It does say that the room is on the second floor (which to me, read that you’d be going up one flight of stairs to reach floor 2…), but in reality it was more like 3 flights which was a bit of an unwelcome surprise after being delayed on our train journey and not getting in until nearly midnight. But we survived! I would definitely stay again, particularly if I was lighter on luggage… :)

My parents are staying at Susanne's place for the third time and it was great as always. I defenately recommend the place even for longer stays.

The place was absolutely top! Very clean, lovingly and comfortably furnished – you can tell that the landlords really make a great effort. There were small attentions and surprises that made the stay special. A note: To get to the apartment, you have to go through the hallway of the private apartment – this may not be ideal for everyone, but it did not bother us. Overall definitely recommended – we felt very comfortable!

The birdsong wakes you up in the morning and you drink your first coffee on the balcony overlooking the greenery while the water splashes in the pond. We had a wonderful stay in Johanna's green oasis. The apartment is chicly decorated with great colors and tasteful decor. The kitchen is also very well equipped - sharp knives and well-preserved utensils. Work functions with the existing Wi-Fi most of the time. Munich is less than 30 minutes away by car.

Verena's apartment is super nice and an ideal starting point for many activities. There are also many restaurants/beer gardens nearby and when you come back you feel at home and can relax. The garden is a dream with a child. Verena herself is very friendly and helpful and always responds quickly! All in all, a highly recommended, beautiful accommodation that is exactly as described and worth a trip. Thank you for everything, Verena

It's been an excellent experience. Stefan's house is amazing, very big spacious apartment with absolutely everything that you might need. Stafan is very nice person, helped us in everything. The location is perfect, 3 minutes away from the S-bahn station, and 15-20 minutes away from every major attraction in the city. Gauting is lovely place, very quite and peaceful! I give my best recommendations to Stefan and his house. 😊😊

We felt completely comfortable with Franziska. The place was very clean and lovingly decorated. The location is simply fantastic – nature begins right on the doorstep, ideal for walks, bike rides or a short run. Several lakes are also nearby and easily accessible. The kitchen is excellently equipped, so you can easily cook for yourself. We were four plus baby on the road and had plenty of space - both inside and outside. It was especially nice to have breakfast on the terrace in the morning and enjoy the tranquility. Thank you, Franziska, for the great time – we'd love to come back!
