We have not been here for the second time for nothing😊... We never actually do that, but this is really a nice cottage in a beautiful setting that we hadn't seen yet. The cottage looks just as beautiful as in the pictures and the view from the terrace (and from the jacuzzi) is beautiful! We think it's a great advantage that you can sit mosquito-free in the evening because you can close the transparent screens around the veranda. We have had another wonderful stay here. Nearby, everything can be seen and done. For example, a visit to the caves of Frassasi is more than worth it! Very impressive! Tip: Don't forget to visit the Miss Pistacchio ice cream parlour in Ceretto d'Esi😋… They are open all week except Mondays from 7.30 am to midnight. The ice cream is available from 11.30 am and is made there. Many delicious flavours, but our favourite flavour is really 'miss pistacchio' with the baked pistachio nut

Paolo's place is really a nice place to be. It's very peaceful with a very good atmosphere. It's in walking distance from supermarket and pharmacy and cafes/bars. Paolo is very thorough and helpful and nice to talk with. Thanks for all your help, Paolo. Thomas.
