Holiday rentals with a patio in Assisi

Ottima soluzione per chi visita Assisi perchè si trova in una posizione strategica, fuori dal centro cittadino, che permette di spostarsi con facilità. La casa è come da descrizione e fedele alle foto. Ci sono tre camere da letto e due bagni, ed è adatta ad ospitare fino a sette persone. La host è stata super cortese e gentile, per il primo giorno ci ha fatto trovare anche cornetti e marmellata per la prima colazione, oltre che del latte ed una moka con caffè. La cucina è accessoriata, quindi si è assolutamente indipendenti. Consigliatissimo

Ho trascorso due notti in questo alloggio con il mio cane e ci siamo trovati benissimo! L'host è stata estremamente reattiva, puntuale e sempre disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta. La sua gentilezza ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Un'esperienza davvero positiva, sicuramente ripeteremo! Consigliatissimo! 👌

I personally want to thank Roberto for his hospitality, responsiveness, and overall willingness to help out. He was flexible in terms of checking in/out. He made recommendations on what type of car to rent and even helped my friends renting a suit. He was kind enough to return them since we had to check out during a weekend. Place was great and well equipped with all sorts of amenities. He provided italian coffee, some water, soda, and beer. Everything was great about the stay and the place was beautiful. Highly recommended!

Vesna and her daughter Nicole were absolutely outstanding in every way. The place is just gorgeous with a private garden and terrace. What really stood out was the attention to detail in the home. It is obvious that Vesna takes great pride in her rental and enjoys interior decorating. The bed was especially comfortable and fluffy. The location is perfect for relaxing and walking to the historical centre of town. We would love to stay here again! Perfection! 5 stars +

Andrea was the perfect host and very helpful welcoming and generous . The place was even better than the photos. We loved it and it was really spacious. The 2 bathrooms are connect sound wise which one might Kline to know depending on familiarity of the co guest. It's nicely decorated and i a peaceful village . All perfect!

Huisje Uliviu was een geweldige accomodatie, ruim en proper. Wanneer we iets nodig hadden werden we dadelijk verder geholpen. De ligging was ideaal om de mooiste bezienswaardigheden, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... te bezoeken. Vanuit het huisje heb je mooie fiets-en wandelroutes. Supermarkt in Marsciano vlakbij. Wat het huis zo attractief maakt is het mooie en groot zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht over de vallei en heuvels. Volledige rust vindt je hier. Wij ontmoetten de hele familie, sympathiek en hartelijk. interessant ook om naar hun verhalen te luisteren. De grootouders van Tommaso wonen ter plaatse, wat een actieve grootmoeder zeg. Vele groeten aan allen, en misschien tot nog eens.

Chris's place is so nice, we loved every minute there. it is very specious, clean and fits the lovely atmosphere of beautiful citta della fieve's old town. highly recommend!

Alessandra è stata molto disponibile e ci ha dato preziose indicazioni sul territorio, inoltre abbiamo potuto assaggiare l’olio di sua produzione e portarne a casa un po’, l’alloggio è situato in una posizione molto tranquilla immersa nel verde perfetto per chi cerca un po’ di tranquillità. Lo spazio esterno e il giardino potrebbero essere sfruttati meglio inserendo un piccolo gazebo e dei tavoli e delle sedie utili per godere dell’esterno anche nei giorni di pioggia abbastanza frequenti in quell’area.

Ostern war natürlich ein Risiko mit dem Wetter. Dann haben wir die Villa gefunden. Mit 33 Grad beheizten Pool - genau die Lösung. Großer wohn und Ess Bereich mit ebenso großzügigen Terrassen. Genügend liegen Handtücher alles prima. Nicht mit den Sportwagen kommen (die letzte Meile ist Schotterpiste und auf die Stufen zu den Schlafräumen einstellen. Dann die Ruhe und die Aussicht genießen! Das Abendessen in der Ölmühle is sein Geld und den Weg wert. 11 Tage gingen zu schnell vorbei.

Adoramos a hospedagem! A casa é muito boa, espaçosa, fica num lugar muito bonito de campo e próxima da cidade. Para nossa grata surpresa havia ar condicionado na sala e nos quartos o que nos ajudou muito com o calor que fazia na região. Nossa família ficou muito bem acomodada e aproveitamos bastante!

Der Aufenthalt bei Andreas und Natchana war sehr schön, ruhig, erholsam und hundefreundlich. Der eingezäunte Garten, welcher nochmal durch einen Weidezaun vor Wild schützt, bietet nicht nur ein gepflegten Pool, sondern hat alles was man für seine Bedürfnisse braucht. Es sind ausreichend verschiedene Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeiten und eine Grillecke mit eigenem Waschbecken vorhanden. Allgemein ist der Garten am Abend mit seiner Beleuchtung, dem See im Hintergrund und den Glühwürmchen ein absolutes Traumambiente. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es ist alles an Geschirr und Gewürzen vorhanden, sodass man nur Lebensmittel einkaufen muss. Wer diese Unterkunft bucht, wird es nicht bereuen.

Excellent location, very spacious well furnished house - bigger than we expected. Nice outdoor area around the house, perfect for kids to play. Hosts live next door (the house is split in two) so very responsive and accommodated our requests quickly. We had a nice present of a small olive oil bottle on the arrival, which was very kind, however we were a bit surprised that lots of basic necessities such as a sponge/dishwasher or washing machine capsules were missing. The host provided them upon request but we had to ask every time, it would have been nice to have staples like teabags stocked. If you’re arriving late in the evening, like we did, be sure to buy food on the way as there is no shop in the village. Overall we had a great experience and the area is very beautiful.

Alberto é stato un host gentile e reattivo. Le indicazioni che ci ha fornito sono state chiare. La casa é accogliente, spaziosa e pulita. Il tavolo da ping pong coperto e i giochi da tavolo sono stati un ottimo intrattenimento di gruppo durante il soggiorno.

Sehr schönes Häuschen mit Garten in toller Lage! Man hat absolute Privatsphäre und Ruhe und ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten mitten im Zentrum! Die Einrichtung ist schön, die Küche zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Dante hat auf Anfragen super schnell reagiert. Herzlichen Dank! Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Perugia!!

This home is lovely, functional, and has everything you need for a great stay-including comfortable furnishings. Marco, Simona's son, answered any questions we had almost instantly. the views of Assisi and the surrounding countryside were amazing. My favorite memory? Sitting in the garden in the morning with a rooster crowing nearby. We highly recommend it!

The pictures of the villa don’t do this place justice. It was even more beautiful in person tucked away in the hills of Cortona. I spent a few days here to celebrate my birthday with my six close friends and it was the most unreal experience. The villa itself was easy to get to by car (must have a small car for the tight roads leading up) and we spent the weekend relaxing outside on the grass, cooking meals, visiting Cortona, and going on a private wine tour in Montepulciano. It felt like we were in a movie the entire time, this part of Tuscany was incredibly picturesque. Marc was very responsive and helpful to any of our needs and gave us recommendations for local food/grocery shops. I would 100% recommend Marc’s place to anyone looking to relax and immerse themselves within the hills of Tuscany. I will 100% be back in the future ◡̈

Eine tolle Woche in einer Burg in den Umbrischen Bergen - super ruhig gelesen, ein fantastischer Pool mit Blick. Für volle Entspannung und entschleunigung ist man hier genau richtig! Nazareno, der Schlossmeister, hilft bei allen Fragen - ob top gibt es einen super lieben Hund und eine Katze.

Posizione dell’abitazione in zona tranquilla e silenziosa con parcheggio esterno a circa 5 metri dall’ingresso. La villa, di testa, è circondata da giardino su due lati e da un bellissimo porticato dove poter godere ampi e tranquilli spazi arredati con mobili da giardino e alberi di limoni. L’interno è arredato in maniera essenziale ma con gusto. La casa è accogliente, pulitissima e dispone di tutti i comfort. L’host è stato sempre attento ad ogni nostra esigenza per tutto il periodo di soggiorno nella casa. Complimenti ai proprietari.

My sister and I absolutely loved Stefania’s gorgeous apartment! It’s a pretty, central location in the old historic walls of Spello…and so charming in every way! We’ve never had a stay where absolutely everything has been thought of, and so many lovely fresh supplies provided. Stefania supplied everything from sparkling water, fresh fruit, pastries and biscuits, coffee and tea…as well as cereal, juice and yoghurt! You could happily have breakfast in the apartment…the supplies were just SO generous! The bedrooms were both very spacious, with beautiful bed linens and furnishings throughout. Great Airconditioning, although it was barely needed with the cool temp in the apartment…and having a washing machine and drying area let us catch upon our travel washing. Stefania went to a lot of trouble to give us recommendations (and directions) for local bars and restaurants, and was just a fabulous host all around! We’ll definitely be back again!!

They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect—welcoming, helpful, and genuinely lovely people who made us feel like part of the family. Whether you’re lounging by the magnificent pool, exploring the nearby towns, or simply enjoying a quiet evening on the terrace with a glass of wine, Casale Zeno is the perfect Umbrian stay.

I Tre Gigli è una casa piccola ma super funzionale. L'appartamento è nuovo ed arredato con gusto. Dentro c'è tutto l'occorrente per un bel soggiorno per due o tre persone. Noi siamo stati in tre ( io, mio marito e nostro figli di 2 anni e mezzo) e non ci è mancato veramente nulla. La posizione è ottima per spostarsi a piedi e, nei dintorni, c'è davvero tutto. La pulizia impeccabile. Federica una host super gentile e sempre pronta a rispondere alle nostre domande. Consigliato senza dubbio!

We had the most beautiful stay in Umbria! The location is perfectly remote and peaceful, yet just a short drive to town, an ideal balance. The home itself is stunning, with thoughtfully curated furnishings that make the space feel warm and inviting. Everything was spotless and well cared for. The gardens and landscaping are truly breathtaking: lush, serene, and clearly tended with love. We especially enjoyed the presence of the sweet farm animals and friendly dogs, which added so much charm and joy to our stay. Livia is a wonderful host. She was generous, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She offered great local tips and guidance, and even shared some of her delicious olive oil with us. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. We would love to come back and experience each of the rooms... it's the kind of place you never want to leave. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic Umbrian escape!

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet und sehr groß. Von der großen Küche geht man auf einen Balkon mit Sonne am Nachmittag und vom Wohnzimmer auf einen kleineren Balkon mit Sonne zum Frühstück. Beide Balkone haben eine Traumsicht auf Todi, auch abends. Im Wohnzimmer stehen ein sehr großer Esstisch mit Stühlen und 2 Sofas. Alles ist top sauber und die Wohnung eignet sich auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Ich habe mein Auto auf der kleinen Straße gegenüber geparkt, was optimal war. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist eine Sackgasse und vermeidet somit viel Autolärm. Die Lage ist strategisch sehr günstig, um das wunderschöne Umbrien zu besichtigen. Ich würde gerne wieder kommen und kann die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

We had a fantastic stay at Stefano's place. The apartment is really well situated with close access to all the central sites. It has a beautiful interior, art on the walls and is well fitted out and a comfortable and cool place to be in Assisi. Stefano is a great host, really responsive and made us feel so at home and part of the family. He and Laura are both artists and there is a gallery just outside, we really enjoyed our lesson in making silver rings. We would highly recommend it as a place to stay and experience the art and more. We will be coming back in the future!
