Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

Relax in this very unique and peaceful artist's residence. The house is located in the village of Tånum, only eight kilometres from the centre of Randers. The house is furnished with a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and a small bedroom with a 140 cm x 200 cm bed. From here, there is access to a terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun with a view of the garden. This is a unique residence with a past as an artist's home. The kitchenette includes a fridge, hotplate, mini oven and electric kettle. Free coffee and tea.

Totalrenoveret villa med store lyse rum og åbent køkken-alrum. Huset har en skøn udsigt over naturskønne omgivelser, og fra haven er der direkte adgang til skov med stier til gåture. Haven byder på terrasser med både morgen- og aftensol samt sandkasse, legetårn, trampolin og fodboldmål. Tre af sovepladserne er i multirummet (1 enkeltmadras(barn) og en foldemadras med topmadras til 2 personer). Der er også god plads til medbragte luftmadrasser. Den opsatte pool må gerne benyttes.

My beautiful house is 83 m2 with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a pull-out bed. A bed can be made for a 5th person. There is a baby chair, games and toys for children. A lovely kitchen-dining room with access to an old but cozy garden room, from which you can enjoy the beautiful garden. It takes approx. 15 minutes to walk into the center of Randers. If you drive into Randers, it is cheap to park next to the bus station = DKK 7/hour.
