The apartment is bright and modern and located on the first floor of a building with only three apartments in total. It is fully furnished with new furniture and comfortable beds. The apartment includes a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom and is suitable for both short and longer stays. The building is quiet and also home to long-term residents, so we kindly ask guests to be considerate, especially during the evening and night hours. For bookings of 2 guests, one bedroom is opened by default. You will still have full access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and garden. If you would like to use both bedrooms when staying as 2 guests (e.g. father/daughter, friends, or colleagues), this can be arranged for a small additional fee.

Cozy townhouse by the beach and city

Enjoy a few days in Assens and the surrounding area. Beautiful beaches and stunning nature. Marindalstranden beach is 2 minutes from the house. The garden is absolutely fantastic. The size of a badminton court. A lovely terrace where you can almost always find shade. The living room is cosy, as the kitchen, dining area and living room are all in one space, so everyone can interact with each other. There is a TV with apps, so you can watch almost anything. It is permitted to use various Spices, candles, coffee and whatever else is in the house. Make yourself at home 😀😀

Enjoy the peaceful and centrally located older townhouse right in the middle of Faaborg, where you can stroll around the small streets. Close to restaurants and shopping - Beach and harbor environment. The house is older and partially renovated Parking is not available at the house, but in the surrounding streets. There is no washing machine, but there is a good laundry service nearby. There is a wood-burning stove and heat pump/air conditioning, so it is suitable for both summer and winter. Outside there is a large garden, two terraces, a lovely wilderness bath for 5 people, and a small ice bath, as well as a subboard for the beach.
