Apartment on the peninsula of Helnæs

Here, the soul can rest. Our guest apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, where we have lived for 25 years. It's the living room of a small abandoned farm. We have converted the largest part of the attic into a guest apartment with 2 flexible rooms, which can be used both as a living room and/or bedroom. To the north, there is a fantastic view of our nearest neighbor, Helnæs Made, one of Denmark's bird paradises, and to the west, there is a view of the Little Belt (3 km). When the weather is clear, you can see Jutland on the horizon.

In the historic and cozy Lille Klingbjerg area, this newly renovated apartment is located. Bright and spacious and overlooking a cozy green backyard. The apartment has its own private courtyard. The area is quiet and located a few minutes from the pedestrian zone and the center. On the same street is the theater mill and small cozy shops (retro lamps, vintage residential interiors and a small butcher shop). Grocery stores 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment. It is not allowed to throw a party in the apartment.

The apartment is located only 100 meters from the pedestrian street, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. I hjertet af Odense, finder du/I vores over 100 år gamle rødstensvilla. På 1. salen (øverste etage) er der indrettet en lejlighed med soveværelse, stue, køkken samt badeværelse med stort badekar. Derudover er der en 50 kvm stor tagterrasse, med udsigt over den smukke Assistenskirkegård. Lejligheden er tæt på meget tæt på byen og letbanen. Vi er en familie på fem, som bor i stueetagen. Vores børn er 3, 6 og 9 år. Der er adgang til vores have inkl. trampolin, som vi også selv bruger.

Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.
