The teacher's small townhouse - in the middle of beautiful Assens, a lovely market town with nice cafes, shops and a marina/beach/harbor. The house is 87 m2 and has a great atmosphere. Ground floor: a kitchen with equipment for general cooking, a dining room, a new bathroom from March 2026, and a living room with a good sofa bed (120 cm), a large TV, games, books, and various information about the city and surrounding area. The first floor has two nice bedrooms (4*90 beds), a toilet, and a storage room. Lovely patio with outdoor furniture. Enjoy a lovely weekend or holiday in my house: -)

Enjoy a few days in Assens and the surrounding area. Beautiful beaches and stunning nature. Marindalstranden beach is 2 minutes from the house. The garden is absolutely fantastic. The size of a badminton court. A lovely terrace where you can almost always find shade. The living room is cosy, as the kitchen, dining area and living room are all in one space, so everyone can interact with each other. There is a TV with apps, so you can watch almost anything. It is permitted to use various Spices, candles, coffee and whatever else is in the house. Make yourself at home 😀😀

Outside there is a large garden, two terraces, a lovely wilderness bath for 5 people, and a small ice bath, as well as a subboard for the beach. Ideal for families and groups seeking relaxation close to the beach and nature.

There are 2 double beds in the boat and a bunk bed with a length of 190 cm. One can be made into 2 single beds as well.
