Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Assagao

We reached Goa early morning and we also contacted our hosts since the checkin was at 2pm and glad that they were very responsive and helpful!! And they also asked us to check in by 1 hour prior since we reached early, once we reached the stay me and my friends felt like a home!! The whole property is aesthetically designed with all the modern amenities which has pool and also a private garden. The villa is located in a peaceful location which was a plus point to a people like me to be away from the chaos! And whenever we needed something we used to reach out to our host and the response was highly quick and if any problem was arised, it was fixed in a short span!! Overall the stay was complete 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, we all enjoyed it and it was quite difficult for us to leave this beautiful property at the end. And definitely would love to come back here again!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Jay’s studio! He was very communicative through my stay. The kitchen, solid WIFI and all of the amenities make it good for a longer stay like I had as well. Safe and enjoyable location too. Highly recommend!

All I can say is WOW! This is hands down one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in Goa. It is brand new, crazy luxurious and has a great host. From the time we arrived, we were amazed at the large garden and private swimming pool. The gazebo is just too cute to hang out with your friends. The rooms all have extra large beds and excellent air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and we made some great breakfast together as a group. I am just waiting to come back and stay here again. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

Had an incredible stay! Angira, the host was absolutely amazing—super responsive and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The house itself is just perfect: great vibes, A1 location, and the ventilation is honestly underrated—so breezy and comfortable. Bonus: she owns an awesome bar right next door called Pablos—highly recommend dropping by for a drink or two. It’s the kind of spot you’ll want to keep coming back to. Would 100% stay again!

Villa was nice.. We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Assagao. Nestled in a quiet, lush neighborhood, the property perfectly blends Goan charm with modern comforts. The interiors are tastefully done, with spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy lounging areas. The private pool was a highlight-clean, serene, and perfect for relaxing. The staff was courteous and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience throughout. Its location is ideal-close to popular cafes and beaches yet peaceful enough for a tranquil getaway. Beautiful Villa, exactly as advertised. Peaceful neighbourhood, yet well located and close to great restaurants. The villa has a peaceful and friendly vibe. The caretaker Santosh and his wife Laxmi took great care of us . Their attitude was top notch. Highly recommend this villa.

The place was well maintained and pretty clean. It wasn’t far from the new airport so even though we arrived to Goa at 10:30 we were able to be in bed by 11:30. There are tons of great places to eat around the house. We went to fat fish which has awesome food and is just a 20 minutes by car. Having a washing machine was a big plus point as we were able to wash our clothes after our kayaking adventure. Over all I’ll give this place a 5 ⭐️ rating and would definitely visit again!

Our stay at Pavitra and Raj's apartment was absolutely wonderful!❤️ The apartment was just as aesthetic and beautiful as shown in the pictures, even better in person. It had such a cozy and welcoming vibe that instantly made us feel at home.✨ The location is peaceful and quiet, yet conveniently close to all the popular party spots in Goa. The apartment was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making our stay super comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout. Had an amazing experience at Leen Stays. The apartment was cozy and the location was also nice. The cherry on top is the Jacuzzi in the apartment and the infinity pool on the top of the building. Also, Siddharth is very helpful and always responsive. Highly Recommend.

Such an amazing and beautiful place. We went there with our dog and such comfortable stay it was. Security staff is also really friendly at this property. This place is really clean, pretty much all the amenities and really big hall and balcony to just relax and chill. A lot of cafés and restaurants are nearby. Some of the good beaches are also 20mins drive away. Worth the stay. Thank you so much for hosting us.

I had a wonderful stay at Sumedha’s Airbnb in Siolim. The home is quaint, tastefully done, and nestled in a peaceful residential society—perfect for anyone looking to unwind and soak in the relaxed Goan vibe. What truly sets this stay apart, though, is Sumedha herself. She was incredibly responsive, warm, and generous with her local recommendations, which made my experience all the more memorable. Whether you’re visiting for a quiet getaway or to explore the area, I would highly recommend staying here!

The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

This place is packed properly with amenities and has beautiful interiors. Jonas, the manager accommodated us quite well even when our original room was having some issues. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay across the two configurations. Rooms are vibrant and someone with a design-centric mind will definitely love it.

Savio's place was a wonderful stay. They have a beautiful apartment, well designed and maintained. We felt comfortable and well provided for, compared to the many AirBnb's we've stayed in over the years. They were also very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Will surely love to visit the place again sometime soon.
