House holiday rentals in Assagao

We were a group of over 20 people who stayed at Elysium Gateway, and the property was exactly as described. The interiors were thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. I’d especially like to commend the house staff - they kept the place spotless, prepared delicious meals (honestly better than most restaurants we tried), and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The owner and manager were very responsive and even helped us with contacts for tempo travellers. Overall, I strongly recommend this place!

The villa is very spacious, well maintained with responsive and friendly hosts, felt just like home for our entire duration of stay, private pool along with all the provided amenities made our stay worthwhile. Perfect for 3 couples or a group of 8 bachelors. Upon arrival, we were greeted with smiles from the host, a haar (ps: idk the English version name for it) made of pebbles, mock-tails, and a cold towel. The host clearly gave us all the necessary instructions along with house rules. They had a spa service as well which we were unfortunately unable to avail due to our short duration of stay, the prices of spa were decent as well. The caretaker of property was friendly and made sure to prepare hot tea from time to time, cook basic food for us, and helped us in keeping in the place clean. Checkout process was smooth as well, overall it was an amazing experience for us, would love to visit again in future whenever possible.

We had an excellent experience at Aguada Anchorage goa. Villa looks exactly the same as that of given in the pictures. host and staff especially Ms Sheetal were very cooperative and responsive. property has 2 swimming pools and are well maintained. the property is located in a central place of candolim which has easy access to restaurants and activities. despite being at central location, the property is very quiet peaceful and private. villa is very well maintained with great interiors, spotlessly clean rooms and kitchen, well maintained outdoor area and availability of all important appliances. I would strongly recommend this place for everyone planning a private homestay vacation in Goa.

We had a fantastic family stay at Ikigai II in Vagator. The property was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a huge pool that we all loved. The caretaker was kind and helpful, preparing a delicious breakfast for us every morning. The location in Vagator was ideal—close to beaches and local attractions, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend for families looking for comfort and great hospitality in Goa!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly warm and thoughtful — not only did they offer excellent recommendations, but they also genuinely cared about our experience and engaged with us enthusiastically. It really made us feel like we were part of something special, not just guests passing through. The home was easy to find and located in a fantastic, peaceful neighborhood surrounded by trees. Inside, everything was beautifully set up with a clear understanding of a traveler’s needs. The kitchen and fridge were thoughtfully stocked, which made it so comfortable that we actually found ourselves cooking and enjoying most of our meals right there at the Airbnb. I really enjoyed my stay at Jay’s studio! He was very communicative through my stay. The kitchen, solid WIFI and all of the amenities make it good for a longer stay like I had as well. Safe and enjoyable location too. Highly recommend!

Edlyn was very helpful and friendly. stay is located near to vagator beach. it is located on the main road but never felt like that as it was very peacful inside the house. 24hrs Hotwater, kitchen setup,power backup, parking is a plus point. This is the 3rd time iam visiting goa and this is the 1st time i got a stay with 100% satisfaction. Rooms were very clean, spacious and well maintained. It is 100% worth for what you pay. A really cozy place to stay, with a great pool and spacious rooms! All the required amenities were available. The place was clean and really aesthetic! Great cafés at walking distance too. Looking forward to staying here again.

A Hidden Paradise by the Mangroves! I had the most amazing stay at Pedro’s Mangrove Villa in Goa! From the moment I arrived, Pedro was a wonderful host — friendly, helpful, and always available if I needed anything. The villa itself is a true hidden gem, tucked away in a peaceful location surrounded by beautiful mangroves, offering a perfect escape from the noise and crowds. The space was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and tastefully designed with a mix of Goan charm and modern comfort. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the serene view of the water was absolutely magical. I especially loved the outdoor seating area — perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Pedro went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, even offering great local recommendations for food, sightseeing, and experiences. A Perfect Getaway! I recently stayed at this Villa and it was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. We had an amazing 2-day stay at this beautiful property. The private pool was clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quiet time. The location was excellent—everything we needed was nearby, yet the place felt peaceful and secluded, offering just the right amount of privacy. A special mention to the caretaker, who was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, it was a perfect little escape and we would definitely love to come back again!

What a superb place, exactly how the pictures described it. Lots of open space, lots of natural light coming in, a great pool and superb house keepers. Shrish did a great job at keeping the place up to date throughout. Only complaint would be that even though the sheets and towels are changed daily they look a bit worn out now. Other than that a great place, close to almost all the popular places (10-15 mins). Will definitely come here again

Loved this Villa !! It is more beautiful than the Photos. The property is well-maintained and in a gated community with a great Vibes. The home was spotless, cozy and pristinely clean with big Terrace and spacious Balcony in both bedrooms. Kitchen is well-equipped if you want to cook there. There is a high-tech water purifier, so you can save on buying mineral water bottles. The location is amazing and near to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The stay was extremely pleasant, Perfect ! Definitely one of the most well maintained Airbnb Properties, I have stayed in the last 3 years. The Host was very accommodating and went beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and he allowed us a late check-out at no extra charge. We appreciated Host’s quick responses, and helpful recommendations. Would definitely book again.
