Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

the stay was great, especially the pool side. both, the owner and caretaker were responsive and cooperative. it was a great time!

The place is exactly like the pics! Clean and beautiful! The caretaker Pooja is lovely, big smile on her face all the time! It’s very easy to feel at home here! Pros - responsive staff, always attentive - clean bathrooms and the villa is spotless - if you’re a chai lover like me, pooja makes a great cuppa! - it’s peaceful and private - the library lounging area is flawless and has great aesthetics - getting around is easy. It’s in a fab location! Cons - the swimming pool couldn’t be utilised due to a pack of monkeys hoarding the area - the road out of the villa is just red mud path which made walking a pain with all the dust in the air. - the breakfast is bare minimal ( I feel a good breakfast would have added additional brownie points) - 1 male staff resides in the house downstairs, although he didn’t at any time make us uncomfortable (we were 3 women) or invade our space, mentioning as it’s something to consider. Over all, it’s a fab place! You won’t regret booking this one!!!

The villa was very good, neat and clean with all the amenities as mentioned while booking. The place is easy to access and in a peaceful location with lot of options to order food and access to good restaurants. The host and the property manager were very cooperative and responsive.

We had a great time at nitish’s place. The housekeeper was very helpful and friendly and nitish was very approachable and helpful. The pool was also very clean and the apartment had groceries deliverable through online delivery services as well, as well as a fully furnished kitchen

Extremely happy with the stay. The villa is beautiful, calm and we never felt like we needed anything extra. Kitchen was well equipped and Tekraj was always there to help. The rooms are spacious and the all-round ac really saved us in the Goa heat. Would love to come back to the same place soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Saahil’s beautiful apartment in Goa and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The apartment is tastefully designed, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable—clearly maintained with great care and attention to detail. Everything we needed was available, and the space made it easy to unwind. Whether we were cooking a simple meal, lounging in the living room, or just enjoying the quiet ambiance, we found ourselves truly relaxing. One of the highlights of our stay was the support we received from Noor, the caretaker. She coordinated everything seamlessly and was always available to help. When our son unexpectedly fell ill, Noor went out of her way to help us get medicine quickly, which we’re deeply grateful for. Her kindness and attentiveness made a real difference to our experience. Saahil was also a fantastic host—responsive and thoughtful. Thank you!

Casa Rebello is beautiful! The house itself is stunning, and the host and staff are kind and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was healthy and delicious. Anything we needed during our stay was provided to us promptly. After a day or evening out in Goa, returning to a quiet and secluded home is such a treat. I’m still thinking about the breeze in the courtyard and pool area — I wish I could have stayed longer!

Our stay at Van Rasa was truly unforgettable! The living room quickly became our favorite spot to gather and unwind as a group. Each bedroom was spacious and exquisitely designed, offering a perfect blend of elegance and luxury. The beautiful pool was a standout highlight, and we loved starting our mornings with breakfast by the poolside. The property’s proximity to Candolim Beach—just a short walk away—made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the beach whenever we wanted. The two caretakers went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of, and their delicious meals added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. The Escavana Stays hosting team was exceptional, with thoughtful touches that made our experience seamless and special. All our requests, including a private chef for dinner and a yacht experience, were taken care of effortlessly. We had a memorable and incredibly comfortable stay, and we highly recommend this property for a luxurious Goan getaway.

We were a group of 9 and all had a wonderful stay at the property. All our needs were taken care of. The place was spotless, spacious, had a very nice pool with sunbeds, and very accessible to a bunch of nice spots in Vagator. The hosts were able to arrange scooter and car rentals, and taxis for us when we needed, so we really didn't have to worry about a thing during our stay. All in all, I would recommend this property as a great choice for slightly larger groups wanting to spend a few days in North Goa.

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

Stayed at the beautifully designed sea view villa beautiful decor.. With an amazing party terrace overlooking the ocean, had perfect sundowner with my family here The villa staff was attentive n prepared an excellent breakfast as per our choice.. The host took care of everything during our stay they hv concierge service which recommended n booked resturants n party place for us.. Big shout out to the team Highly recommended villa with an excellent team.

Amitabh is a fantastic host. He was avilable to assist is in our requirements and planning day trip. Although our trip was short, Anthony and his team were absolutely delightful to meet. Fabulously facility and great 5 star hospitality. We will be sure to visiting you again on our next trip.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place for a staycation. The property features a bar counter and a basement swimming pool with a music entertainment system, which added to the fun. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with two of them including bathtubs. The top terrace room had an open-air bathroom, which was a unique and enjoyable touch. Both the host and the building caretaker, Nadeem, were always available and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

We felt right at home here, especially important when traveling with kids. The daily cleaning service was a huge plus, and having a restaurant on-site made it so easy to enjoy delicious meals without leaving the comfort of the home. I had a great stay at the property. Nilesh is a great host, very helpful and clear in directions. The highlight for me was the outdoor pool and the views from the property. Would definitely recommend the stay to all!

This villa is even better in real life than the pictures shown, and the picture are great. It is not only aesthetic but functional. The windows in the main hall are floor to ceiling and offer endless views of the beautiful, neatly maintained garden. It feels as though you’re outside in a lush tropical paradise even while enjoying the AC of the indoors. The pool is maintained well and filtered. The onsite staff is extremely kind, helpful, and responsive. Cannot recommend this place enough. The only drawback is the price but I think it was higher for me because of a holiday weekend.

Cereno's home was absolutely charming. The whole neighbourhood is quintessentially Goa, so as a tourist this is exactly what I was looking for. It is in a perfect location just between Assagao and Anjuna, so very easy to access either spot. The home itself was brand new, and everything was tastefully designed. It is clear that Cereno has taken the time to ensure the comfort of his guests. The home was spotless, comfortable and spacious. It comes with an open kitchen which was lovely to have as I was able to make breakfast for me and my friend while chatting with each other. The added cherry on the cake was the swimming pool, which felt very private as I didn't see anyone in it the whole time I was there. If you are looking for accommodation for a short stay in Goa, don't look any further. A few minutes walk away is also a Taxi stand, which made life so much easier as we all know how challenging it can be to get taxis there.
