Thanks Escavana team for a wonderfully kept property. Whole team makes their best efforts for a hassle free and enjoyable stay. Caretaker Mr Panna and team did a great job in housekeeping. Linen/towels/Pillows were top notch. Iron and hairdryers were provided. Dove/Tressme/Lux branded toiletries. Soundbar with woofer was provided. All kitchen appliances and crockery/cutlery was good quality. Small small things like scissors, bottle opener, washing machine detergent, all-out mosquito repellants were taken care of. Basement parking with lift was specially helpful during continuous rains. Swimming pool and adjoining sit out areas were very clean. Thanks Escavana team.

A cute and cosy space. Compact and had everything required. The only thing that could have been better was a bigger geyser, but all amenities provided as mentioned. A few hiccups in the beginning were quickly solved and we had a peaceful stay.

It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

I stayed at Comfort Quarters for 5 days.. it's a great place to stay.. beautiful surroundings, quite private but easily accessible highway too. The place has all amenities that are mentioned. cool place, I recommend it.

We recently stayed here from 27 - 29March 25 and it was excellent place with all amenities, beautiful furniture, fully working kitchen and very convenient location with all things nearby.Really loved the stay and felt like home. Also the Housekeeping staff Krishna and Team were very professional in their work and cleaning is provided daily which adds to comfort and cleanliness. We had a great stay. It is located in a very peaceful area and surrounded by many trees. Suril is a great host and very responsive. Reaching Ashwem beach takes 7-8 minutes on scooty, mandrem beach takes about 15 minutes on scooty. Many restaurants and cafes on the Main beach road. The air bnb is located little away from the main road and a scooty is recommended to go to the nearby grocery stores. Daily cleaning service is provided free of cost. Overall, it's a great value for the money charged.

This accommodation exceeded expectations. It was very clean, tidy and very well equipped. Inside and outside it was just incredibly beautiful. I cant really say much about the touristy things in this area as I was visiting during monsoon season but there is a fantastic restaurant just a few minutes by foot down the road. Communication was always easy and fast and the information provided beforehand included everything you needed to know. As this was my first visit to India I really would like to thank the family taking care of the place: They helped and supported me whenever I struggled. I got to experience real Goan hospitality which made an AirBnb feel like a home. This made my stay very special and unforgettable. Strongly recommend this place and will definitely be back!
