Welcome to rent our annex with a central location in wonderful Åhus! We fill the fridge with really good breakfast and you have free access to coffee, tea and chocolate drinks. The location is close to everything but still quiet and nice. We have fast WiFi as well as Netflix, DVD and X-Box. Newly-built cottage (2020), 22+8 sqm (loft), in the best location, 200 m to the harbor, 1000 m to Äspet's wonderful sandy beach. New kitchen (2024): combi oven (oven/microwave), stove, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker. Fully tiled bathroom with shower. Towels can be rented: SEK 50/person & stay. Access to washing machine can be arranged. Separate bedroom: 160 cm wide quality bed and wardrobe. Sleeping loft: 140 cm quality bed, floor mattress 80*150 cm. Duvet and pillows are available. You have access to a patio with a lounge area and dining table.

Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Nice cottage with porch and garden furniture in Åhus, the pearl of northeastern Skåne. The cottage has two rooms and toilet, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer stove, TV, shower. The cottage is located in pleasant surroundings, 200 meters to the marina with various restaurants and shops, 700 meters to the nice child-friendly sandy beach. Apartment in timber frame house

Small apartment in an old half-timbered house just outside the wall of medieval Åhus. The apartment forms a separate part of the residential building with its own entrance, two rooms and its own shower room. In one room, there is a small kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, egg cooker and toaster. Car can be parked on the lawn outside the entrance. There is also garden furniture.

Our cottage is 40 sq.m. and is located close to the city center, art and culture, restaurants and food. You can easily walk to the sea just 500 meters away with its fine sandy beach. You'll like our place because of the location and the view. The place can accommodate couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged friends (pets).

Private guesthouse near the beach

A guest house built in 2020 just 250 meters from the wonderful beach. The 32m² is cleverly planned and accommodates two bedrooms, kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with washing machine. The morning and mid-morning sun lights up the 35 m² wooden deck.
