Welcome to rent our annex with a central location in wonderful Åhus! We fill the fridge with really good breakfast and you have free access to coffee, tea and chocolate drinks. The location is close to everything but still quiet and nice. We have fast WiFi as well as Netflix, DVD and X-Box. Cottage in Juleboda/Österlen next to Maglehem & the sea

Within walking distance is the vast beautiful beach that stretches from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025, we have 4 new nice bicycles in the cottage that can be used by guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in Helge Å, among other places. The military facility Ravlunda shooting range is a bit away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no activity. In other periods, sounds and bangs from shooting exercises can be heard.

Small apartment in an old half-timbered house just outside the wall of medieval Åhus. The apartment forms a separate part of the residential building with its own entrance, two rooms and its own shower room. In one room, there is a small kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, egg cooker and toaster. Car can be parked on the lawn outside the entrance. There is also garden furniture.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Come and relax by the sea in Åhus. The guest house is located at the bottom of Tennisvägen, right by the beach. Room for 6 people. 2 140 cm beds and 1 sofa bed. Fully-equipped kitchen, TV, wifi. At the cottage, there is a barbecue and a large plot where you can play Kubb, etc. Sheets and towels are included.

Our cottage is 40 sq.m. and is located close to the city center, art and culture, restaurants and food. You can easily walk to the sea just 500 meters away with its fine sandy beach. You'll like our place because of the location and the view. The place can accommodate couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged friends (pets).
