THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Here you live in a Scandinavian and well-planned accommodation of 30 sqm – perfect for those who want to be close to both the sea, the forest and the center of Gothenburg. You have the bike path right outside the door, and it only takes 20 minutes to walk to the beach and the archipelago. If you want to go into town, the express bus goes there in 15 minutes, or you can take the car in 10 minutes. Free parking on site. The house is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Welcome to the house's charming upper floor, where you arrive via a private entrance. The house has recently undergone an extensive renovation in a period style. This home is in the Kungsladugård, Majorna area. The park Slottsskogen is just nearby and in a few minutes you can reach Mariaplan where there are bars, restaurants and shops. It takes 15 minutes by tram to central Gothenburg. There are several grocery stores just a few blocks away.

We have just expanded and renovated our villa into a large, modern and cozy home. From the living room and kitchen, the view is stunning. On the balcony is the spa area with spa bath, sauna, cold water barrel and outdoor shower. The plot borders the forest where there is a playground with zip line, swing, climbing ropes, etc. It is a 10-minute walk to the sea with a lovely sandy beach, playground and ice cream parlor.
