Dream place by the lake

For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

Vika Trollen - Idyllic red cottage by the beach

Cozy cottage located right on the waterfront with a large south-facing terrace. During the summer months, there is a rowboat and a canoe at the private dock as well as a charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is fast WiFi in the cottage that reaches all the way down to the dock. The cottage has two cozy bedrooms and a loft where you can socialize in the evenings. The small kitchen is fully equipped with most things you may need during your vacation, such as a microwave, dishwasher and large fridge and freezer.

Forget about everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful space. Wake up to the sound of birds singing, put on your bathrobe and go down to the lake for a swim. Have breakfast on the veranda and plan a scenic hike or a trip in our canoe. There are plenty of lakes to walk around or fish in. If it gets too quiet, Gothenburg is only 20 minutes away by car, or you can take the bus, which is 5 minutes away. Mölnlycke city center is 5 km away. Here you live right by the water just a stone's throw from the harbor, on the quiet and idyllic Kalvsund in Gothenburg's northern archipelago, the southernmost part of Bohuslän. Our beautiful island is a real archipelago idyll. There are no cars here, just houses, small marinas, walking paths, our famous lighthouse, Bohuslän cliffs and saltwater swimming at one of our nice swimming areas. Still, it is easy and easy to get to central Gothenburg by public transport with everything the city has to offer.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
