Welcome to well-maintained, lovely villa in central Hovås, 500 meters to Nya Hovås with restaurants and bus communications to Gothenburg! There is also a bus stop 50 meters from the plot where the bus goes to Gothenburg with a change. To the sea you can go by car in five minutes or a quarter of a walk! Gothenburg Golf Course is a stone's throw away! In other words, you're close to EVERYTHING! If you still want to stay at home, there is a cozy plot with patio, barbecue and hot tub! Child-friendly with playhouse and toys!

Big house with pool, jacuzzi, close to the sea

Enjoy the closeness to the sea, the nature and the city of Gothenburg (and Swedens oldest golf course)! Beautiful and charming but modern house with a lovely location; 300 m from the sea and with no close neighbours. A big terrass behind the house, close to a big field. Pool (4x9 m), available May-August (maybe September) and a jacuzzi with room for 7 people. A nice balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun and the silence. Don't hesitate to ask about other dates than the available ones!

This unique guest house is situated in central Gothenburg with a fantastic view of the harbour. Enjoy the view from the sun-kissed patio or (optionally) enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub watching the sunset. There are several cafés, restaurants and a great supermarket an easy walk from the house. You can reach the city centre by bus (10 min), car (4 min) or by the ferry (12 min) that leaves 100m from the house. Free parking. No kitchen but coffee machine, kettle, fridge etc.

Stugan är designad för en rogivande vistelse nära naturen och den idylliska skärgårdsmiljön, oavsett vilken årstid det är.

We have just expanded and renovated our villa into a large, modern and cosy home. From the living room and kitchen, the view is breathtaking. On the terrace there is the spa area with hot tub, sauna, cold water barrel and outdoor shower. The plot borders the forest where there is a playground with a cable car, swing, climbing rope, etc. It is 10 minutes walk to the sea with a lovely sandy beach, playground and ice cream cafe.

Double room with own entrance, own bathroom and in a separate room you'll have a micro wave oven, coffe machine, water boiler and a fridge but no stove. 10 minutes walk to Liseberg & Svenska mässan. 15 minutes by foot to Universeum, Avenyn, Scandinavium & Ullevi. 2 minutes to nearest food store and bus stop, with direct line to city center and more. 10 min walk to lovely nature.
