Large attractive and pleasant 1½-story villa near the sea in the middle of Hovås. Just over 1 km walk to the sea with several swimming areas. About 10 km from central Gothenburg. Quiet location as the last house on a cul-de-sac without any traffic. Room for several cars on the garage driveway. Child-friendly garden with large areas fenced by hedges. Terrace with lounge group and dining area that has a sunny position most of the day. Express buses from Hovås Nedre (6 minutes) with several departures per hour to central Gothenburg (20 minutes).

Trädgård som möjliggör lek och grillning med tillhörande uteplatser samt balkong. Öppen spis som ger värme och lugn under kallare perioder, perfekt när man vill slappna av.

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Cottage by the water with its own sauna

Welcome to our cottage by the water on Stora Förö in Gothenburg's southern archipelago. The island can be easily reached after a short and cozy trip with the archipelago boats from Saltholmen. From the cottage, which is located a few meters from the water, you have fantastic sea views! Stora Förö has many swimming-friendly cliffs but also a shallow swimming area for children. Near the cottage is the small shop where you can get freshly baked bread in the mornings (during holiday periods).

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

The house on the hill

We have just expanded and renovated our villa into a large, modern and cozy home. From the living room and kitchen, the view is stunning. On the balcony is the spa area with spa bath, sauna, cold water barrel and outdoor shower. The plot borders the forest where there is a playground with zip line, swing, climbing ropes, etc. It is a 10-minute walk to the sea with a lovely sandy beach, playground and ice cream parlor.

Welcome to the old part of Brottkärr. Here you have close access to beautiful sea swimming, nice hiking trails and the seductive atmosphere of the archipelago. At the same time, you have proximity to transportation, grocery store, restaurants and the city's pulse. The cottage has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Spa baths are available to rent for an additional cost.

Litet hus med havsutsikt

Attefallshus på 25 kvm, högt beläget på Näset med fantastisk utsikt över Göteborgs södra skärgård. Här bor du med havet som granne och mysig tallskog alldeles utanför dörren. Huset ligger privat beläget i förhållande till boningshuset och för att komma fram går man uppför ett stort antal trappsteg. Från takterrassen har man utsikt över Göteborgs södra skärgård.

Nice apartment near the sea

Welcome to our apartment located near the sea between Askimsbadet and Hovåsbadet. Good and close public transport to central Gothenburg, takes about 20 minutes by bus. Fantastic walking trails along the sea and miniature golf. Close to a convenience store open in the evening with basic supplies.
