Holiday rentals with a balcony in Asia

The apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean, spacious, and well-stocked with items to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Do not take this for granted - we have stayed in other places using the Airbnb platform in Chiang Mai, and some charge the same fee, but did very little to keep their place clean and livable. Ratagit takes really great care of the apartment. The location is right smack in the middle of the tourist area, right next to the MAYA shopping center and One Nimman, and a quick Grab or tuktuk ride to the old city inside the moat (only a 20-min walk if you’re up for it). Amazingly, the apartment is very quiet. There is also good security. The hosts were always quick to answer any questions and accommodated our request for two keycards. Check-in and check-out was super easy. Highly recommend a stay at Ratagit’s apartment in Chiang Mai. Well worth the price. Probably one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at in Chiang Mai.

Place was greater than we expected it! It was very clean and felt very homey. It being in the poblacion area, I was surprised that it was very quiet as well. Extremely close to the restaurants and bars so it was convenient as well. Thank you! Will definitely consider staying here again in the near future.

The place was nice. The host was super nice. Very responsive and easy to work with. The street is quite noisy and we had a hard time sleeping. Other than that all was well.

房子距离夜市很近 出门打车也方便 定位很准确。唯一一点就是曼谷太吵了，晚上不断有摩托车驶过，并且房间的玻璃和门不太隔音，很容易听到外面的噪音。因为房间是入住前统一打扫，入住后需要多的被子这点很难做到，需要提前注意。

Matthew has a great place close to where the bars, clubs and restaurants are in Makati. Everything is within walking distance but despite the proximity of everything, it is very quiet. The apartment itself is cosy and comfy, with fast WiFi, quick check in with the security guard and a nice bed. As well as this, Matthew is extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to stay in Makati!

Very beautiful place! Close to everything like restaurants, beach, massage, Bangla Road just right on the block. Very convenient. Inside the unit is so clean and the beddings is like a hotel. I highly recommended whoever going to Phuket! And the host is very responsive.

The place we have stayed in is a true hidden gem. Cosy and impeccable. It was provided with all of the listed amenities and the place was squeaky clean. This was my second time staying here. If I will ever be around in Manila again in the future, this will the place I would love to stay in again. Thank you, Matthew!

Beautiful, modern, clean house close to the beach. The host was fantastic, very responsive and helpful. We didn’t have a rental car in Jeju (reserved one but found out you need an international drivers license, so make sure you get that) and the host drove us to a market 5 km away so we could get groceries. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect and beautiful!

Kate was a responsible and responsive host who would always check to ensure that things were going well. She also helped us to arrange for tour for my family of seven. The villa, within the Furama compound, was clean, welcoming with amenities and even the pool was well maintained by the service staff. These were very important as I had an eight month old baby with me. There were pots for cooking and a cot provided so we had every we needed. There were also friendly butlers who would come in daily to keep the house clean. Everything worked well, including the fast and reliable WiFi as well as TV (with cable). The location was convenient to get to both Danang city and Hoi An. The private beach was a great perk too!

Feels like home everytime we are here. Oad & Nan are always responsive, friendly and thoughtful. We love the house as always! Thank you for the sweet gift we really appreciate it, thank you for sharing your lovely home!

A place you can really call home. Neighbors and staff are firendly and helpful because they do not hesitate to help the flat tires of our friend’s wheelchair. Inlove the place specially the feeling of safety in the midst of a busy area.

我在清迈湄林县的这间乡村别墅住了整整两个月，从第一天起就觉得选对了地方。这里远离喧嚣，四周是稻田、山景和虫鸣鸟叫，每天早上被阳光和微风叫醒，日子过得特别慢，也特别治愈。 别墅本身非常宽敞干净，设计简洁实用，光线好、通风好，生活设施也一应俱全。厨房很适合长期居住者用来做饭，去附近集市买点新鲜食材，自己动手做点简单的菜，反而比在城市里更有生活气息。 房东和管家都很友善、有耐心，遇到问题响应很快。房东经常给我送好吃的甜品🍮。摩托车坏了，房东的侄子第一时间带我们去修车，让我特别安心。 虽然是乡下，但生活一点也不不便。附近有便利店和当地市场，骑车十几分钟就能解决大部分日常所需。 而且湄林县这边其实藏着不少有趣的小店和咖啡馆，有些风格很独特，融合了泰北文化和手作艺术。闲暇时去逛逛、发发呆，觉得生活多了一点松弛感和惊喜感。我贴了一些周边生活的照片。 总之，这是一次非常放松、自在又温暖的居住体验。如果你正在寻找一个能真正让身心慢下来的地方，我非常推荐来这里住一段时间，也许你会像我一样，不太想离开了。

This is genuinely by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world! it was also better than any hotel or villa I stayed in, in 3 months travelling throughout Thailand. Tom the host is genuinely a legend, he went above and beyond to make my stay as good as it could be and the apartment is brilliant. Spacious, modern and clean and in the best spot in Chiang Mai right in the middle of Nimman road where all the bars, restaurants and cafes are. the price was also incredible, amazing value for money. if you can definitely book this place for your stay in Chiang Mai because it was a big part of me enjoying my time in Chiang Mai so much!

The condo is comfortable and quiet, in a great building. A little off the beaten path, but walking distance from the night market. Natasa is a good host

alles war super, Henry war sehr hilfsbereit. Für den Preis kann man nicht viel falsch machen. 1 minus Punkt jedoch das Bad war etwas unsauber. Es fehlte die Handseife. Aber dennoch würde ich auf jedenfall erneut buchen. Danke

I really enjoyed staying at Natasa’s place. It is conveniently located, not far from Old Town, Chinatown, Night Bazaar, night markets and local restaurants. It is also at a walking distance to a couple of convenience stores. I like the amenities like the gym to keep me in shape for sightseeings and the washing machine for a light load of laundry. I appreciated the beautiful artworks hanging in the living room and the bedroom. All in all, it’s a nice and comfortable place to stay. It feels like a home away from home. Her place would be on the top of my list next time I visit Chiang Mai.

We moved to this accommodation from another of Lin’s as Lin was a fantastic host and we felt right at home. I’m glad to say we felt the exact same in this place. We were greeted by Lin’s mother in law upon check in and she was so charming and friendly, she guided us to the apartment and showed us all we needed to know. The apartment was just like the photos, spotless, spacious and cosy 😊 the bed was very comfortable, we’ve seen others mention it to be hard but we found it wonderful! They even supply complimentary bottled water, juice boxes, soda, coffee and tea, and fruit! Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, we were helped super quick and Lin’s parents in law would be right at the door as soon as possible if needed which made us feel very looked after, and they were so friendly and great to talk to! The building itself felt like a hotel (even though it isn’t) with a cute coffee shop just at the lobby. Overall, fantastic stay and can’t wait to stay again!
