Daily Maid Service: It’s included and the maid is available from 10 am. to 12 pm. only. ( Changing all linens is once a week) Electricity: 100 units a day is included in the rental, additional is 7 bahts per unit.

Balai Urunjing is an industrial-balinese pool villa in the heart of Teresa, Rizal, located an hour away from Manila. The 373 sqm private property includes a 1-bedroom villa with 2 toilet & bath, adult infinity pool, lounge bubble pool, 2-car garage, patio, tropical garden, outdoor dining, outdoor shower. Built March of 2022, Balai Urunjing has appealing architectural design and charming interiors. The balinese pool has natural green sukabumi stones imported from Indonesia.

It's a great place to watch the sunset and the fatigue. It's a quiet and generous place in front of the sea (it's the best place to fish in a minute walk)

It is a quiet and beautiful healing space in a villa attached to the beach. We welcome many people and family teams to share a private villa. Fishing enthusiasts and children can enjoy a fishing experience (2 minutes away from the boat fishing experience). Barbecue (We use Gangwon-do charcoal on the grill and charge 30,000 KRW for on-site payment (we will lay a table on the outdoor deck). In 2024 (from November 18 to February 27, 2025), we finished remodeling the interior.
