Aom and her staff were AMAZING. There was some confusion with the staff at Sylvian , too many people sending emails back and forth and not paying attention to the initial I sent. My wife and I along side friends and family enjoyed our stay at this property.

This was our second stay at this villa complex, we love it! The location is amazing (literally 1 min from the beach, exactly a 2km walk to Fisherman’s village, and access to lots of hotels and restaurants). The villa itself is lovely, fantastic views, a very well-kept pool and good water pressure in the master bedroom. The staff were top notch, we were spoiled every morning for breakfast - Heidi (the villa manager) was so helpful in helping us book anything we needed. The rooms are spacious (they are spread out, so good for families with older children or adults (our kids were between 10 - 13, and it was absolutely fine for us, but not if they were younger)). The team kept the place clean. The only room which we couldn’t realistically use was the gym room (it has decent equipment, but the room is tiny and not particularly maintained). However, we found a great gym just 2km away which had a day pass rate. Highly recommended and we will be back!

The Villa is perfect for our group! It was only a 10-min ride from the airport. The rooms were clean, spacious, and service staff were impeccable. They’re so attentive to our needs and friendly. Although there isn’t a supermarket/convenient store within walking distance, it’s only a 10-15 mins Grab ride away. We highly recommend this beautiful location!

We spent the last day of the holiday arguing whether it was worth the risk of trying somewhere else. The adventurous ones in the group were weighing up whether to become like the rest of us, who like knowing where to go for the perfect holiday—and this was just that! The holiday was just perfect; all the finest details were taken care of, down to new toys for the kids to play with. The chef was amazing, the team had the right balance of being present and ready to assist but also disappearing to allow for the villa to feel like it was all ours. Couldn't ask for anything better!

Nott was extremely knowledgeable and helpful for first time Koh Samui visitors. He was quick to reply, provide recommendations, and help with restaurant and tour bookings. Definitely recommend ordering lunch and dinner from the Chef, the food was delicious but recommend ordering in advance. Location was great, not far from airport and Fisherman’s Village. Bedrooms were large and comfortable offering privacy for all guests. Open concept living/dining space was perfect for large groups. Lots of pool floats and canoe available for use.

Amazing villa , amazing views Great staff, villa manager Ann was so helpful she made the stay so comfortable. Would definitely recommend. So spacious, food was amazing. Really not enough words to describe how great this place is.
