I've stayed in a lot of units in Pico, and this one by far has the best balcony! Breezy and cool, even in March at 12 noon. It's a bit above the level of the trees, so you see and hear the birds chirping away. Definitely the best way to spend a lazy weekend. If you prefer to be indoors, the master's bedroom has an equally breathtaking view as well! Baron is a great host, responds within minutes. He is hands on and was quick to address a problem that arose. Would definitely book his place again.

We enjoyed our stay here and will surely book it again. The room is so good that gives hotel feels-smells fresh and clean, provided with everything except foods and water to drink 😀 Media entertainment was time consuming like time pass easily and wake up-oh! its to check out. Meaning...we get so comfortable with the place. Thank you Ms Katherine and also to Ms. Barbie, who's already their at the lobby waiting for us for the smooth check in and also gives a short briefing about the unit. That's it! Until next time

This was truly the best vacation we’ve ever had, and staying at this condo made all the difference! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Such a great place with honest and kind people! I accidentally lost my bag, and our host went the extra mile to assist me in retrieving it. Their support truly meant a lot. This was absolutely a great find. Highly accessible for transportation. Easiest check in to date. Swift and thoughtful responses from the Host. They were very flexible when I needed to extend via the app.

I had an amazing time staying at Tito's place! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. Tito was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always available to help with any questions or recommendations. The location was perfect, with everything I needed just a short walk away. I particularly enjoyed the thoughtful touches throughout the space, which made it feel like a true home away from home. Highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future!

The map location and address will send you some where else…me and some friends all booked at Poco a Poco but when we got there the map told me and my buddy to go somewhere else while my friend and his buddy’s host met them at their room at poco a poco. Don’t waste a walk the location is at poco a poco. ( I know it hints at it in the photos but it’s kind of misleading when the map and address bring you else where). Maybe it will get fixed after this post …other than that it was amazing!
