Had a great stay at this place. The beach is literally right outside the front gate, with an amazing sea view from the property. The hospitality was just awesome. The owner's father is a wonderful person—he even offered us home-cooked food (we had to politely decline because we didn’t want to trouble him), and he stocked the fridge with dry fruits for us. He checked in every day to see if we needed anything. All in all, a really good experience.

Had a great stay here with my family. The place was very clean and warm. The host was super responsive and helpful when I had questions. Definitely will visit again!

It was a wonderful place! Peaceful but the road leading to the place was a bit cramped and if you have a big car it will be quite troublesome. Everything was clean and spotless but there was one time the water almost went out while I was showering. All in all, it was quite a pleasant stay.

The best host and family i have ever met. The place is outstanding the perfect blend of farm, beach and old portugal. the host outstanding not to mention the numerous animals from birds to horses . Dr pinto and his family went way beyond any expectation a must goan experience. for anyone. Great place for kids to learn about animals and farms and also for people to get away from a busy life. the best part beach is 5 minutes away and market and eating joints are nearby yet you feel cocooned in greenery and quiet

The owner replies quickly and gives you peace of mind. It is a friendly place to stay for the dog! Some of the high sinia wanko and the lower half were handicapped, but if you don't slip on the floor, you can also stay in the room if you pay attention to the corner of the chair!The dog run was also well enclosed, and there were no stones, and if you were careful of the steps from the rim side, I was able to come and go freely! It's nice to have a lot of care! There are few car streets, and the locals say hello back. The sound of the ocean waves and the sunrise from the window from the sunrise dog run was absolutely wonderful! It was a place to relax for both humans and dogs!I've traveled a lot with my dog, but it was the first time I had such a satisfying stay!It was great without taking care of you!

I went on a family trip, and I love Abuji. They want to come again next time! I've been enjoying it comfortably like a normal family home!

This spot is very peaceful and the beach nearby is super lovely, we had a car with us while staying so it was easier to get around. We loved spending time in the house it was a very comfortable stay!

For our second time in Mactan, this place was perfect, we love it here! We had a great and comfortable stay. Ms. Myrlin and Ms. Cheryl were very accommodating and easy to reach. We had a small issue with the bathroom door, but they were quick to assist us, and we’re grateful for that. I suggest providing simple condiments like salt and pepper, as they would be very helpful. A board game or two would also be a nice addition. Are we going to book this place again? Definitely yes! (I hope it’s available.) Thank You! Your villa is great/everything was excellent! 1. Location. The villa is a part of a closed resort (outside people can get to the beach buying separate tickets). There are not a lot of authentic restaurants in walking distance (there are 2 places, but You will probably want something outside), there are taxis ready. There are some shops and fruit markets in walking distance on the main street next to the complex. The villa is right next to the beach 1min. (beach is clean and well taken care of). We were super happy with it because the beach was excellent and territory was secure and well maintained. 2. The villa. Excellent villa - everything modern and new. (We did not know that cleaning each 2nd day is included in the price and were positively surprised. You have Your private pool + there is large complex pool and free gym 3. Host. Easy to communicate and all was smooth If I ever return, I will try to get the same villa. Thank You host!

Excellent value for money for what you get. The villa is super spacious and has all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. All four bedrooms have large and comfortable beds, each having its own bathroom and AC. The shared space is extremely generous in space also, so you will never feel cramped. The view from the balconies and pool area is priceless. It was amazing to open my balcony in the morning to see the sea/lighthouse. The pool was very clean due to a cleaner coming daily to clean it. There was an added bonus of a fan in the porch to cool you down (we really appreciated that). The walk down to the beach is 10 minutes and their are readily available rikshaws to return via vehicle if you don't want to walk up the hill. Sreenath was faultless in his communication before, during and after our stay. I never got to meet him in person, but via a phone call and messages he was an extremely helpful and empathetic host. I will definitely return soon. Thank you Sreenath.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The place & amenities were exactly as described. The place was amazingly clean and well furnished. Perfect place in ECR with proximity to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

We had a great family getaway at Victoria’s beach house! The kids loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the beach just a short walk away. The place was clean, spacious, and close to markets. Victoria was very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Coming to Nagahama's absolutely preferred homestay, Randy is very kind and enthusiastic, the room is very comfortable, thoughtful and clean, and I really enjoyed the whole sea view with friends.💯

This was a beautiful place with basically a private beach and the most gorgeous sunset views you ever did see. The host was responsive, and check in and check out was very easy. Highly recommend this place.

The location is super private. There are couple of same style house that connected via the backyard. There are 4 bedrooms on 3rd and 4th floor. All have bathroom in it except the room on third floor with sea view. And still there are 2 toilet on 1st and 2nd floor. Kitchen, dining area, living room and dining area outside are perfect! We loved it.

The bungalow is beautiful. Rooms and bathrooms are sparkling clean. Had all the amenities that you can expect from a hotel, like, toiletries, hot water geysers in all bathrooms, functioning AC in all rooms, good wi-fi connection and 24/7 water supply. The best part was the kitchen with all the required utensils, milk, tea powder and sugar. Enough to make tea for a group of 6-8 people twice a day. Food was supplied from a local catering service and was equally delicious, plus it was not expensive. Beach is at 5 mins walking distance. The Bluetooth party speakers added that extra boost to the evening party. The owner was also kind enough to keep ice cubes and 5 bottles of cold water ready in the fridge before we arrived. The only disadvantage that I found was the absence of swimming pool. Hoping they consider adding it in near future. I'm surely visiting the place again. Thanks Ajita!

Karen’s place was wonderful but what made the stay great was Karen herself, Wilson, and Gordo the dog. Everyone was so helpful and responsive and tended to our every need and wish. The space is so beautiful and pristine. The pool was amazing. The only thing I will say is that if you’re booking for 4 adults, I do not think the pull out couch could accommodate two full size adults. But, there are plenty of mattress pads and there’s definitely enough space for that amount of people. I highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this vacation home! The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Communication with the host was smooth and easy from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free stay.

Amazing house right in front of the ocean overlooking Apo Island. The garden is very well kept by friendly workers. The house had all imaginable amenities and was comfortable. Easy access to the diveshop next door and the amazing Tropika restaurant. Otherwise on land there is not much to do. Just what we were looking for. May may was a great host too and would take care of our needs in just minutes. 10/10 would come again.

Uri went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. He personally drove us up north for a private land tour and even volunteered to take us to the airport when we were worried about transportation. Every recommendation he gave was spot-on - definitely 10/10! Overall, this place offers amazing service and accommodations, especially for the price. We highly recommend staying here!
