Modern open plan cottage. Two en-suite bedrooms both with access to enclosed balcony to soak up the beautiful countryside views. Comfortable lounge with TV, DVD and basicWiFi opening on to kitchen/diner which is well equipped for a self catering break including an oven with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and table with seating. There is an additional cloakroom downstairs.Off road parking to side of property and seating area to the front looking over the tranquil valley.

The little barn is a beautiful 2 bedroom barn conversion. Being part of Callards Farm situated in the beautiful Devon countryside. Now only a smallholding, we try to continue its 400 year history by raising sheep and cattle. Situated at the end of a mile long, narrow, bumpy lane surrounded by rolling hills. With Barnstaple about half an hours drive away and the stunning North Devon coast, Exmoor and Dartmoor within an hour. The little barn is ideally suited for exploring and experiencing Devon.

Chapel Corner forms half of a converted Wesleyan Chapel built in 1864. It is centred in the beautiful, ancient village of Winkleigh which is the heart of Devon, equidistant from both coasts and moors and allows guests to explore this fantastic area. The Chapel is foremost a home; comfortable and quirky.
