The apartment features a large, cosy lounge with a dining table, Smart TV, games and books – the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the town. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals if you fancy a cosy night in. The modern bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, and we provide fresh towels, toiletries and a hairdryer for your convenience. To help you start your day, we include a complimentary breakfast hamper containing pastries, cereal, fruit, jam, butter, tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk. Please note that the log burner is ornamental and is not for guest use. The apartment is accessed via two flights of stairs. Cosy converted cow shed near Tenterden

The Cow Shed is a pretty timber clad building with character beams which adjoins our house, Brambles Barn. It's self contained, with private entrance and secure parking. There is a bedroom with king size bed, lounge, kitchen and shower room. There is a pretty garden and pond & the property is approx 2.5 miles from Tenterden and 2.5 miles from Biddenden. Walking distance (under 10 mins) from McCanns Brewery & Taproom, with decking area and beautiful views of the surrounding by Hop Gardens.

Private secluded treehouse retreat

20ft up nesting between three sturdy oak trees this treehouse made of recycled timbers and is surrounded by trees and has glimpses of the northdowns AONB Cosy and private set on the edge of a barley field the only sound is wind through the trees and birdsong. Heater and double glazing makes this ideal in winter or summer, and a chemical loo in the cabin at ground level adds a creature comfort. There is an induction hob, cool box electric kettle and Bluetooth speaker and a variety of games .

The Annex is a completely private part of our house for guests exclusive use, located in the historical Kentish village of Leeds, within walking distance to stunning Leeds Castle. Located 5 minutes from J8 M20. Ideal for Leeds Castle. The Kent show ground. 35 mins drive to Eurotunnel & 50 mins to Dover ferry port. 1 hour to London via train. The Annex has it's own private entrance, rear private patio area, sitting room/ fully equipped kitchenette, downstairs shower room/ large upstairs bedroom.
