Lovely spacious cottage matching description and photos. Town centre so easily walkable to the beach, high street and Deal’s many restaurants and bars. Janey’s cottage has everything you’d need if you want to cook, and the back garden is a lovely private sheltered space to spend time outdoors. Communication from Janey was friendly and helpful and it was easy to check in via the lockbox.

A comfy, clean and central location. Good for a family with teens. We had everything we needed and communication was prompt. Enjoyed a day trip to Dover Castle and Mass downtown. Very easy to get to by foot. Thank you for a lovely stay! May God bless you!

A delightful beach cabin experience. I booked this beautiful home for a recent girls trip. Sofia allowed us to get access early as several of us had come on overnight flights. The home is easily locatable and perfectly situated. We spent four nights, enjoying long dinners at the dining room table, sitting on the back deck, enjoying the stunning view and sleeping peacefully in the lovely bedroom. Sofia was responsive throughout our visit, and even let us check out a little bit later than planned so we could further enjoy the beach. note that this is a very low tide beach. If you’re hoping to swim, you will likely need to go to another part of the beach. The water is ankle deep goes out at that level for a very long way. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds are super comfortable. I am a stickler for having decent hot water for a nice bath, and that was not a problem at all. Thank you so much to Sofia and her partner. We look forward ved every minute.

Fantastic historic cottage in a perfect spot to explore Rye...situated by the stunning church, close to the cannons you can soak up the history.

This was our second visit to the Lighthouse and it still is an amazing place, from the panoramic sea views to a lovely warm inviting home. A dip in the pool before breakfast, sitting with a coffee watching the seascape, as far as Essex and beyond, sunsets and so much more. I will make the same comment as I did last, this goes for the whole of our party across 3 generations and the dogs, the only bad thing about the Lighthouse is having to leave. Hopefully this will not be our last visit.

Honestly, words can’t describe how grateful I am for Sheila and to be able to stay here to celebrate my birthday. Absolutely amazing communication!! So kind and friendly. The house was amazing and THE VIEW was incredible. I cannot recommend this place enough. I would more than come back here again. But if you’re looking for a sign to book this place, this is it!! We've been coming to Whitstable for years on days out but never stayed. This was a magical find, so comfortable, so close to the beach, shops and restaurants but also just set back enough from the high street and the seafront to have real peace and quiet and feel secluded. A real treasure and we'd be happy to stay again. Kids (13yo twins) also really enjoyed it - and that's a tough audience! Thank you Krista and Seaside Properties!

Larissas garden is absolutely beautiful, the pool and hot tub were fantastic. My daughters and dog absolutely loved having so much space in the garden to run about. The barn is gorgeous, has all amenities and is with a couple of minutes walk from a great pub.

history was very helpful. place was very clean and tidy. had everything you could need and was very quiet and relaxing. would definitely visit again.

Nice and relaxing place. Very well equipped especially the kitchen area. Welcoming big basket, even milk and butter in the fridge and ice cream. A little bit more cleaning needed and carpets especially. But a great ans beautiful place to stay, very friendly and communicative hosts.

We loved our stay in this immaculately converted barn. It is huge, plenty space inside for when it was raining. The pond and the jacuzzi were a real treat, and the games room was used by everybody. We loved our barbecues outside, overlooking the valley, listening to the chickens. And we couldn't believe we had breakfast with still-warm-from-just-having-been-laid eggs! We would have loved a dryer or a bigger outside drying rack for all our wet stuff, as we had a toddler with us, but that didn't spoil our fun. We will recommend this beautiful place to our friends!

We had a lovely week in Plantagenet and really cannot recommend it enough; the cottage really exceeded our expectations. The garden is phenomenal. It was a private and tranquil escape and our collie thoroughly enjoyed doing laps of the large garden despite the rainy weather. We loved it from the moment we arrived and didn't want to leave. The cottage is well equipped, has a great cosy ambiance with lots of indoor and outdoor game options no matter what the weather. The communication with Tim&Maite was friendly and responsive, we particularly appreciated the slightly late check out. We are hoping to book again soon with more of our family joining us.

What can I say. Other than simply perfect. Natalie and Peter went truly above and beyond. The place was decorated so nicely for my 30th birthday. Everywhere was clean, and simply breath taking. Nothing was too much, I even had a blister and Natalie went and got me some plasters. The yurt is stunning, the little Annex you get with it was so lovely just to chill and watch tv in. The outdoor bath was perfect to sit and chill and look up at the stars. I’ve never experienced an air BnB like I did this weekend, it was one of a kind. I definitely will be going back! X

Chris's cottage was a truly wonderful find, and we'd love to come back! It was thoughtfully equipped with literally everything you could imagine needing for a comfortable stay. The fantastic amenities like the pool and gym provided perfect entertainment, especially on those inevitable rainy days. Plus, the location was absolutely ideal for exploring local hiking trails. We found the cottage to be impeccably clean, peaceful, beautifully maintained, and wonderfully quiet. If I had to offer a couple of minor points for improvement, blackout blinds in both bedrooms would be a fantastic addition, as it got quite bright from 4 am. Additionally, it might be helpful to clearly state in the listing that baby swim classes are held in the pool three times a week. While this didn't bother us at all (we have a baby too!), it was unexpected, and some guests might appreciate knowing in advance.

Angela’s van was the perfect getaway for us and our two young children - everything was exactly as described and the van was well equipped with everything you could possibly need! The site the van is on is clean, tidy and has great amenities for families. Would definitely recommend!

Jonathan's bungalow is very comfortable, spacious and homeley. We felt very relaxed there. We really appreciate that he cares about the natural world.

From the moment we arrived, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. The space is beautifully styled — a perfect blend of modern comfort and cozy charm. The Hosts were wonderful and made us feel completely at home, even leaving a few personal touches that made the experience feel extra special. Great location to explore coastal Kent if you have a car. We went around to Margate, Ramsgate, Whitstable. Private section with hosts nearby and very communicative. Only thing to note is the second room is a bit small for 2 people, you can fit easily but works best if they are a couple. Andrea was very helpful with setting up the bed as two singles but it would work more comfortably as a double or for small children rather than adults. No fault of the hosts at all, it was as described but thought it is useful to know. We initially planned for 3 people to be in this trip so would have been perfect for that number. Facilities were great, loved having the fresh eggs from their chickens!! Would recommend

Faultless. We arrived and met Steve who was extremely amiable. The accommodation definitely met up to all our expectations and the grounds were so lovely and perfect for our pooch who bless him has not been so well of late but he was so happy wondering around. We only had a 2 night stay as were visiting various friends over the 2 days so did not really get to really appreciate what a lovely place Steve and Tina obviously spent a lot of time and attention into making it a wonderful place to stay. The donkeys are adorable. All in all we would highly recommend a stay to anyone looking for peace and quite and such lovely surroundings. There are so many lovely places to visit withing a short drive so a perfect base to explore. We certainly will be back the next time we come to Kent. Thank you Steve and Tina Oh and appreciate all the little goodies you provide us. Lovely touch.

I stayed for my 30th birthday celebrations and had the best time ever. This place was perfect! the decor, the location, the surroundings and most importantly Karen and her husband was so friendly and lovely and ensured I had a special birthday. I’ve stayed at Airbnb’s before and I’ve never had a host as lovely as Karen was, the perfect host we could have wish for. The swimming pool was amazing and me and my family had a wonderful time enjoying it in the sun with a BBQ. The cottage was spotless and a welcome hamper was provided and every little detail was perfect. The garden area was beautiful through out the day and so peaceful and relaxing. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough, it was truly perfect and I will definitely be staying again and recommending to everyone I know! Thank you again for making it such a special birthday x

Amelia’s place was perfect for our two day escape to the coast. Really thoughtfully and beautifully decorated making us feel instantly at home and comfortable. Great location being walkable to the beach and various shops and cafes etc in town. Would highly recommend and I hope we will come back one day soon.
