This is a beautiful older home in a perfect location. Less than a block away I found the best coffee shop I could have asked for. I had both lunch and ice cream twice during my stay. All of this, and dinner, without leaving the neighborhood. The AirBnb was exactly as pictured. It was a cozy, inviting, place. It is a basement apartment that felt open with plenty of light. The owners do live upstairs so there is some “family” noise. The owners were helpful and responsive to the few things I needed. So, as long as you can deal with a bit of noise you’ll enjoy your stay.

I was in town on a business trip for a week and was very comfortable here. Quiet, safe neighborhood within a few minutes of the interstate, shopping, and eateries. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, so I booked it. If you book one of the other rooms, there is a shared bathroom just outside this bedroom. Other guests stayed there in other rooms but I only saw them once and rarely heard them. The only unusual thing was that the instructions ask that you gather dirty towels and linens and wash them in the washer downstairs, which I did before checking out. That is the first time I have seen that, but not a big deal. This is also clearly stated in the listing. There wasn't enough room in the washer for one blanket, so I just left that in the room.
